Obituary: Louis A. Trotta Louis A. Trotta, 82, passed away on , 17, 2010. Mr. Trotta was born in New York City, and was a resident of Tallahassee since 1975. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Esther; his son, Louis and wife, Elayne Trotta, of Pensacola; his daughter, Lori and husband, Gene Gandy of Tallahassee; and four grandchildren, Richard and wife Michelle Trotta of Austin, TX, Nicole and Lindsey Trotta of Pensacola, and Will Gandy of Tallahassee. Mr. Trotta served in the U.S. Marines, and enjoyed spending time with his many extended family members and friends from New York, Miami, Tallahassee and Puerto Rico. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on , 25, 2010 at Culleys MeadowWood Memorial Park. Obituary: William F. Trott, Jr. age 83 of Royal Palm Beach, FL passed away 14, 2015. He was born 23, 1931, in Columbus, Ohio to William F. Trott Sr. and Helen Graham Trott. Retired after 24 years as building inspector for the Village of Royal Palm Beach, Florida. Member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church. William is survived by: sister, Dorothy Trott Allman of S.C.; son William F. Trott III (Liz); step daughter, Donna Sauer; step son, Albert (Rosie) Sauer; four grandchildren; one great-grandson; two step grandchildren; four step great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by: his parents; son, Tracy Trott; brother, Frank A. Trott; and sister, Joan Trott Dario. Friends may visit from 6:00- 8:00pm on 18th at the funeral home. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00am on 19 at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Lake Worth Memory Gardens. Obituary: Thomas (Tom) Trott passed away at home on 29, 2010 following a long battle with end-stage COPD. He was under the care of Community Hospice of Northeast Florida. Tom was born in 2, 1929 in Yonkers, N.Y. to Thomas and Frieda (Sauer) Trott. He graduated from Saunders Trade and Technical High School in Yonkers, and was a proud member of the 1952 class of the United States Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point, N.Y. He served in the Merchant Marine service for several years sailing to the Far East on the Washington Mail Line as a cadet, as well as to Northern Europe. He was aboard the first troop-carrying ship to dock in a U.S. port following cessation of hostilities in the Korean conflict. Tom was an avid sailor and spent many happy hours on Long Islands Great South Bay in his 19 foot ODay Mariner. Following a distinguished 26-year career with New York Telephone (Verizon), Tom retired and moved to Jacksonville in 1984. His second career was in the Safety and Security Department of St. Vincents Medical from which he retired in 1994. In retirement, Tom became an accomplished chef, and managed the home for his wife and family. Tom was predeceased by his parents, and by his brother, Eddie and sister, Olive Derivan. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Adrienne Davis Trott, and their son Christopher Trott of Washington, D.C. Tom is mourned by his devoted caregiver and friend Pauline Jhagroo and her husband, Rudy Francis; and by his sister-in-law Sheri Brown and brothers-in-law Wallace Brown and Robert Davis. He is also remembered by his sons Daniel and Douglas Trott and daughters Carolyn Trott Hamlett and Janet Trott Leath and their spouses and children. service will be held , 3, 2010 at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Hardgage-Giddens Rivermead , 127 Blanding Blvd. Orange Park, Fl. 32073, 904-272-6316.
