Obituary: Holly Elizabeth Chapin, 50, of Lakewood, California, passed away 22, 2015 at Gardens Regional Hospital in Hawaiian Gardens, California. She was born 9, 1964 at San Gorgonio Pass Hospital, Banning, California. Holly was raised in Beaumont, California with her three older siblings. The Chapin family were long time Beaumont residents. Holly is survived by two older sisters Patricia Ann Rutherford of Beaumont, California and Frances C. Amati of Huntington Beach,California, five nieces and nephews, Ernest Moran III, Heather Montrone, Patrick Moran, Brenna McAdams and Evan McAdams and four great nephews and nieces Dustin Montrone, Gaven Olden, Ethan Montrone and Evelyn Peters. In a time and place when special needs family members were seldom front and center in family life, Holly maintained an active and productive life as a founding participant in the Pass Resource , attending school in both Beaumont and Banning. Holly led an active lifestyle enjoying aerobics, dancing, music and family activities. Upon leaving Beaumont, she lived in Camarillo and Costa Mesa for a number of years before settling in Lakewood, California as a member of Sky s. The staff and owners of Sky s provided not only a safe and happy home for Holly, but were additional family to her during her years of residency. Friends and family gathered for a viewing and visitation 30, 2015 at 12:30pm, at Weaver Mortuary, 1177 Beaumont Avenue, Beaumont, California. Graveside service followed at 2:00pm at Mt. View , 1315 Edgar Avenue, Beaumont, California where Holly was laid to rest beside her parents Harley and Ann Chapin. were entrusted to Weaver Mortuary, Beaumont, California. |

Obituary: Grace Margaret Chapin 3/27/1929 - 9/29/2017 Grace was born 27, 1929 on Broadis Street to John & Dina Crosetti and was a lifelong resident of Watsonville, CA. In 1952 she met and married her husband Donald Chapin Sr. Grace is survived by her Son & Daughter in law, Donald Chapin Jr. and Barbara, her Daughters and Son in laws, Marilyn and Jim Valentine, Janet and Vernon Snodderly, Carol and Ernest Howard and Daughter Sharon Chapin. Grace was fondly known as Nana to Stefanie James, Amy Bordi, Nicole Chavez, Caroline Hodges, Jill Pepper, Ben Sahagun, Don Chapin III, Sarah Vossler, Ashley Holmes, Nicholas Sahagun and Erin Chapin as well as fifteen Great Grandchildren. Grace also leaves her sisters Nora Dietz and Marie Ray, as well as a brother in law, Richard Chapin. Aside from being a homemaker, Grace worked many years for the Register Pajaronian in the circulation department. Grace loved, loved, loved playing Bingo and looked forward to each Grandchild turning of age so she could shuttle them off to play Bingo for their birthday. Grace was an incredible cook and baker. She loved nothing more than getting her entire family together for some of her famous dishes and great homemade pies or cobblers. Grace was preceded in death by her husband Donald Chapin Sr. and her grandson Jeremy Rosa. Services will be held at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel on , 11, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. with burial following at Watsonville Catholic .
