Obituary: Thirty-two years ago, in 1984 along the southern coast of Monterey Bay in California, Logan Robert Musil was born. His parents, Doug and Callie, and sister, Malone were a Marine Corps family always on the move. Their frequent military assignments were disguised as family adventures stretching across America from California to Washington, D.C., North Carolina, Virginia, and to Florida where Logan spent the rest of his youth. An energetic and enthusiastic boy, Logan had a fun-filled childhood which was amplified by his two very best friends and constant playmates: his older sister, Malone and younger brother, Cameron. did lots of stuff together: singing, cooking, building sandcastles, friendly wrestling matches, motorbikes, fishing, soccer and BMX. loved each other deeply and unconditionally. played together and prayed together into their 30s. Logan loved water; swimming pools, lakes, rivers, and oceans were his playground. He was known for catching crabs with his bare hands, collecting shark teeth and ending the day next to a bonfire on the beach. As a teenager he excelled at competitive gymnastics, knee boarding and water skiing with the family, platform diving and a host of jet ski tricks. It was no surprise that he later joined the U. S. Navy, serving aboard the USS De Wert (FFG-45), a warship underway during our nations Global War on Terrorism. Logans other fondness, actually his professional passion, was accounting. receiving his Master of Accounting from the University of North Florida in 2013, he forged ahead to earn designations as Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Management Accountant. Applying his education, leadership skills in the U. S. Navy, auditing experience at Deloitte and his gracious demeanor, Logan happily accepted a wonderful position with Stein Mart Corporation in 2016. Most of all, Logans greatest joy was readily apparent from the moment his precious daughter, Olivia was born almost 10 years ago. The bond they shared was uniquely meaningful to both of them. Her presence could quickly turn a bad day into a great one. He loved being her daddy. He knew she loved being his daughter. His favorite expression to her was, I love you more than a google worlds! This is how Logan will be remembered. He was a beautiful, handsome young man with a gentle spirit and kind soul. His warmth was quiet and wonderful, and his talents mighty. Logan was a giver, graciously investing himself in people, especially those who were hurting. Friends, students, shipmates, coworkers and strangers felt significant around Logan because he recognized the good in everyone and every situation. Peacemaking was a core value and strength. Some say they saw the heart of God in Logan. This observation is no surprise. Logan knew what it meant to be alive in Christ, so that he never needed to question the power of God in his life. He lives now in the very presence of the Good Shepherd, Great Redeemer and Prince of Peace. Lieutenant Logan Robert Musil was buried with military honors at Tallahassee National on 31st, 2017. |

Obituary: Deborah L. Musielak, 52, passed away , 29, 2014 in Jacksonville, FL. She was born 5, 1962 to Cecil and Nancy Sims in Panama City, FL. Debbie was someone who'd make anyones day brighter just by flashing that big smile of hers. Her positivity was contagious, and through that she touched many people's hearts that she met in life. She took pride in being a loving wife and a wonderful mother. For much of her life she delivered mail for the United States Postal Service, a career that she took a lot of pleasure in doing. She was known as a devout Christian woman who attended Wesconnett Church of Christ where she also taught school to the little ones. She loved watching the University of Alabama football games with her family and would often let out an enthusiastic Roll Tide! Deborah is preceded in death by her father Cecil Sims and one brother Roger Sims. She is survived by her husband of five years, David, her mother Nancy Sims, one son Matthew Henry, five sisters, Bonnie (Gary) Briles, Rhonda Brumell, Cecilia Cline, Jennan (David) Borne, Marie (Doug) Sayre as well as numerous nieces and nephews. under the care of Hardage-Giddens Town & Country , 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205.
