Obituary: Sanibel Artist Mary Keogh 11, 1920 - 19, 2015 Mary Cudahy Keogh-Stringer was born on 11, 1920 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Her parents were the Honorable John Cudahy and Katherine Reed Cudahy of Milwaukee. She grew up in Milwaukee, attended Smith and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the former Milwaukee-Downer . She then studied in New York at the Parsons School of Design. In 1948 she married Frank Stephen Keogh, Jr. of Omaha, Nebraska, where she subsequently lived and raised her four daughters. During this time she became a well-known artist exhibiting her paintings locally and in Milwaukee. Following her husbands death in 1980, she relocated to Sanibel, Florida. She continued her art career on Sanibel exhibiting her paintings as well as jurying art shows in the Florida Gulf Coast Area. She married Warren Stringer of Minnesota and continued to live on Sanibel whose people, lifestyle and wildlife she loved. Mary passed peacefully on 19, 2015 in Fort Myers, Florida. She is predeceased by her parents; brother, Patrick; her husbands, and her son-in-law, Lyon. She is survived by her brother, Michael J. Cudahy; four daughters, Mary, Anne, Patty and Maggie; son-in-law John; two grandsons, Ben and Stephen; and many cousins and friends. A Memorial Service will be held on 11, 2015 at the Chapel By the Sea, Sanibel, FL beginning at 4:00 pm. Muriel then met and married Patrick Keogh in 1954 in Brookline, Massachusetts. Pat and Muriel retired to Orlando, FL in 1989. Muriel was an avid golfer and long-time member of the Orange Golf Club in Orlando, FL. Loving wife of 59 years to Patrick J. Keogh (late). Sister in law of Maura Collins (late), Seamus Keogh (late), Breeda Mullane (late) , all of Co. Cork, Ireland, Sheila Power of Co. Waterford, Ireland and Cornelius Keogh of Massachusetts. Obituary: Raymond Vincent Kenzik (88) of Ormond Beach passed away on 1, 2011. A memorial service will be held on , 4 at 2:00 pm at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Gotha, FL. Born in Dayton, Ohio Feb 21, 1922 to William V and Catherine Kenzik, he moved with his young family to Orlando, FL in 1958. Ray was a US Army Veteran serving in the Signal Corps as a motion picture specialist. He was an avid sports fan and athlete throughout his life. He continued to watch all sporting events with the wonderful staff at Ormond in the Pines. His favorite teams were the Orlando Magic, Notre Dame, and any team his grandchildren played on. He is predeceased by his wife of 65 years, Bernandine Kenzik. Survivors include one daughter Karen Reeves (John) Ormond Beach; and two sons: Ray Kenzik DDS (Mary Lou) Ormond Beach; Mark Kenzik (Missy) Hendersonville, NC as well as four grandchildren: Megan, Eric, Kelly & Luke; and two Great Grandchildren Mia and Grant. In lieu of flowers the family kindly asks that donations be made to the Prince of Peace Church, Alive in Christ Campaign, 600 S Nova Rd, Ormond Beach. 32174.
