Obituary: Jeffrey Paul Ziobron, age 60, a life long resident of Deep River passed away on 28, 2015. He was the beloved father of Pauline Harris of Deep River. He was born in Middletown 30, 1955 the son of Paul Peter Ziobron and Charlotte Katherine (Trojan) Ziobron. Jeff proudly served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged in 1984.He worked for many years at EMI Inc. in Clinton as an assembler. Jeff was an outdoorsman who loved being in the wilderness. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a member of the Ivoryton Fish and Game Club and the National Rifle Association. Jeff will be forever remembered as a loving father, grandfather and son. He will truly be missed by his family. Besides his daughter he leaves his son-in-law, Craig Harris and grandchildren, Joshua Yumbla and Jordyn Harris. A memorial service will be held on , 9, 2016 at 2:00PM at the First Congregational Church of Deep River, 1 Church Street in Deep River. The Rendering of Full Military Honors will follow the service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Jeffreys name to the Joshua Yumbla and Jordyn Harris Educational Fund, c/o Pauline Harris, 171 Cedar Swamp Road, Deep River, CT 06417. Obituary: Helen M. (Harrison) Zinser, age 92, of Norwich, CT formerly of Fall River, MA passed away , 25, 2015 in the Harrington Court Facility in Colchester, CT. She was the wife of the late Wilmer J. Zinser. Born in Fall River, the daughter of the late William J. and Catherine (Sullivan) Harrison, she was a 1941 graduate of BMC Durfee High School. She was a former communicant of Sts. Peter & Paul Parish in Fall River and St. Marys Parish in Norwich, CT where she lived for over 40 years. Helen was an avid reader, animal lover and enjoyed all types of music. She is survived by her two children: Wilma J. Billie Zinser of Oakland, CA and Michael J. Zinser of Pleasanton, CA; a granddaughter Kelly J. Crowell; two great grandchildren, TJ and Jenna Crowell and several nieces and nephews. Her funeral will be held on , 30, 2015 at 9AM from the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME OF MEMORIAL TRIBUTE AT CHERRY PLACE, 178 Winter St., Fall River, followed by her Mass at 10AM in the Holy Cross Chapel, 47 Pulaski St., Fall River. Visiting hours will be from 4 to 7PM. Burial will in St. Patricks , Fall River. |
