Obituary: Antonino Anthony J. Zangari, age 74, Lakewood, NJ, passed away 7, 2012 peacefully at home after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Niagara Falls, NY, 23, 1937. Anthony graduated from Central High School in Newark, NJ, served as Corporal in the U.S. Army, and attended Newark of Engineering. He developed a passion for electrical work in junior high school and went on to become an owner of Dynamic Electric, an electrical contracting company. He was a member of Saint Lukes Roman Catholic Church, Toms River, NJ. In retirement, Anthony enjoyed spending time with his family, cooking, golfing, playing bocce, and going on mushroom forays. He achieved his 4th Degree with the Knights of Columbus. Over the years, he was also a member of the Lions Club, UNICO International, President of Our Lady of Blessed Sacrament Parish Council, President of the P.T.A., a lector, a Member of the Enclave Mens Club, a member of First Ward Club and I.B.E.W Local 400 Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee, served as a Webelo Leader and on the West Caldwell Planning Board, and taught religious education. He is predeceased by his mother, Francesca, his father, Pietro, his step mother, Maria, his brothers, Teodoro, Jimmy, Peter, and Joseph, and his sister, Rose Palumbo. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years Marilyn (Tuozzolo) Zangari. He is the devoted father of Anthony Zangari and his wife, Gina, Mark Zangari and his wife, Denise, and Christopher Zangari and his wife, Kelly. He was proud Pop Pop, a.k.a. Pops, to Valentina, Antonino, Alexander, Victoria, Claudia, Gerard (deceased), Joseph, and Chloe Noelle. He is also survived by his brother, Frank, and his sisters, Theresa Caruso, Anna Marie Shevchik and Angela Coffey. Visitation will be held 10th from 4 to 8 pm at the DElia , Rt. 70 & Vermont Ave; Lakewood, NJ 08701. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on 11th at 10 am St. Lukes Church, 1674 Old Freehold Rd; Lakewood, NJ 08701. Entombment will follow Gate of Heaven in East Hanover, NJ. Obituary: George P. Mister Z Zanfini, 72, of Belleville, passed away 19, 2015. Born 5, 1943 in Newark to Gerard and Mary (nee Marino), his family moved to the Silver Lake Section of Belleville in 1953. He graduated from Belleville High School in 1961 and received his B.A. Degree from Montclair State in 1965. Georges teaching career began at Belleville Junior High School in 1966. He then taught History at Belleville High School until his retirement in 2007 after a 47 year career. Mister Zs coaching career began in 1970 as the coach of Belleville Highs Freshman Baseball Team. He coached Varsity Baseball from 1974 until 1982 guiding his players to Big 10 Championships in 1976 and 1978 and a Greater Newark Tournament Championship in 1981. To mark the occasion of his retirement from teaching in 2007, Bellevilles baseball stadium was re-named The George Zanfini Municipal Baseball Field. George was a mentor to several generations of Belleville students and athletes, and was honored on numerous occasions for his contributions as a coach and an educator. Mr. Zanfini is survived by his brother Robert Zanfini and his wife Trudi (nee Posey), aunts Marie (nee Zanfini) Immerso and Katherine (nee Tomasetti) Marino, and many cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Gerard and Mary (nee Marino) Zanfini. 10 am from the Megaro Memorial 503 Union Ave Belleville (megaromemorialhome.com). Obituary: George E. Zanetti, Sr., 77, of Clifton passed away , 11, 2016 at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, NY, NY. Born in Passaic, NJ he was a lifelong resident of Clifton. Prior to retiring from the Passaic Juvenile Detention after 25 years as maintenance supervisor, George was a licensed ophthalmic technician and owned his own optical company Sphere Optics in Clifton. He was a proud United States Army Veteran serving two years in Arizona. George enjoyed being outdoors in his backyard, feeding the wild animals, making bird houses, eating out, taking long rides, visiting Mt. Airy Casino and helping others. He was a man of all trades. He also was a Republican Committee man for the City of Clifton for many years. He was predeceased by his mother and father, Sadie (nee Kulak) and George Zanetti; and his beloved sister, Georgette Niland. He is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Louise M. (nee Celentano) Zanetti; his daughter, Michele Jasper of Clifton; son, George Zanetti, Jr. and his wife, Kim of Pinehurst, NC; his brother, Edward Zanetti of Toms River; his sisters, Joan Malkiewicz and her husband, Walter of Phoenix, Arizona and Rena Atkinson of Whiting, NJ; also surviving his beloved granddaughter Gabriella Jasper who was his best pal of Toms River; grandsons, Philip Jasper of Toms River and George Zanetti, III of Pinehurst, NC; and his cat Brielle whom he was especially fond of. services are 9:15 am from Bizub-Quinlan , 1313 Van Houten Ave., Clifton and 10:00 am Mass at St. Philip the Apostle R.C. Obituary: Daniel Dinky T. Zanetich, 64, passed away 17, 2011 at Riverview Medical in Red Bank. He was born and raised in Hoboken, a former resident of Hazlet before settling in Lakewood for the past six years. Mr. Zanetich was a purchasing manager for Church and Dwight in Princeton for many years. Dan served in the Army during the Vietnam War. He was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle and grandfather and will be greatly missed by all. Daniel is predeceased by his son Anthony, mother Catherine Dempsey and father Nicholas. Mr. Zanetich is survived by his wife of 42 years Cathy, one son, Nick Zanetich and his wife Karen of Manville, two daughters, Michelle Mullan and her husband Dan of Long Branch and Melissa Linko and her husband Art of Lehighton, PA; two brothers, Tom Zanetich and his wife Lynne of Colorado and Nick Zanetich and his wife Ria of Point Pleasant, one sister, Donna Baccarini and her husband Dave of Folly Beach, S.C.; five grandchildren, Conor, Danny, Riley, Sarah, and Alison, and a wonderful array of nieces and nephews.
