Obituary: Carmel Valley~ Norma Yokomizo, born 10, 1925 in Bristol, VA, passed away on 21 in Carmel Valley. She served in the Womens Army Corps during World War II. Norma lived in Carmel for over 62 years. Norma loved animals and especially enjoyed visiting casinos with her family. However, her greatest pleasure came from spending time with her family. Norma is survived by her children, Tana Davidson of Pacific Grove, Dale Ward of Scottsdale and Lanny Ward of Seattle; her siblings, Clyde and Fred White of Tennessee, Arneda Tedzak of Seattle and Ramona Russell of Tennessee; her grandchildren, Mackenzie Davidson of Truckee, Christy Ward of Scottsdale and Jeff Ward of North Carolina and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Shig, in 2009. A celebration of life will be held at her home in Carmel Valley on 26th at 1PM. Please call 831-402-6719 for details.
