Obituary: Billy F. Yandell, Jr., 61, of Victoria passed away , 1, 2016. He was born 31, 1954 in Victoria to Billy Yandell, Sr. and JoAnn Brown Yandell Maurer. He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Deborah Waida Yandell of Victoria; daughter, Nicole Wilkins and husband Alden of Cedar Park; son, Jason Yandell and wife Amanda of Victoria; four grandchildren; Chloe and Liam Wilkins and Lynleigh and Walker Yandell; sister, Melodie Gregory of Victoria; brother, Keith Yandell of Victoria. In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his brother, Morris Yandell. Billy began his career at Halliburton where he worked as a cementer for many years. The latter part of his career was spent as an independent oilfield consultant. With the last year being spent practicing being retired. He was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed most all shooting sports, fishing and hunting. He was able to pass this knowledge on while he was the 4-H shotgun leader. He loved spending time at the gun shops telling tall tales with the guys. He loved his family dearly and had the biggest heart, especially when it came to his grandchildren and his faithful companion, Abby. He loved spending time with his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten by those that loved him. Visitation will be held on , 3, 2016 from 6-7 PM at Rosewood Chapels with a Rosary to be recited at 7 PM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 2 PM on , 4, 2016 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with interment to follow in Memory Gardens . Serving as pallbearers will be Don Duncan, Preston Fishbeck, Tom Scott, Charlie Wagner, Larry Cornejo, Tom Kroll, Curtis Connally and Calvin Scherer. Honorary pallbearers will be Gary Bagnall, Greg Waida, Larry Waida and Russell Hofer. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of the donors choice. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at www.rosewoodfuneralchapel.com. |

Obituary: Ronnie Dee Yancy services for Ronnie Dee Yancy, age 53, of Conroe will be held on , 27, 2010 at 10 a.m. in Cashner Colonial Chapel with Pastor Alan Clayton officiating. Interment will follow in Garden Park . Visitation is scheduled for evening, 26, 2010 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Cashner . Ron was born 15, 1956 in Santa Anna, Texas and passed away on 23, 2010 in Conroe, Texas. He attended the Ark Family Church of Conroe and was a member of the Texas High School Coaches Association. Ron was a coach at many different schools in the Houston area, including Buffalo ISD, Cleveland ISD, Coldspring-Oakhurst C ISD and Livingston ISD. He taught young men and young women for over 26 years. His life revolved around kids. He believed in his students and was loved and respected by his peers and his family. Ron is survived by his loving wife, Dana Griffin Yancy of Conroe; sons, Richard Dee Yancy of Conroe and Andrew Michael Yancy and wife Sylvia L. Yancy of Spring; and grandchildren, Daniel M. and Madeleine L. Yancy, both of Spring; brothers, Jody Yancy and wife Lynn of Fort Smith, Arkansas and Carl Cowan and wife Perry of Brownwood. Numerous other relatives and friends also survive. Our lives were blessed by his presence and he will be greatly missed.
