Obituary: Ruth H. (Phelps) Yenco, 88, of Mayfield Hts. Passed away 5, 2015 at Blossom Hill in Huntsburg. She was born 17, 1927 in East Cleveland, OH. Ruth was a secretary at the former Baker Material Handling in Cleveland for 25 years. A member of the Catholic Charities, Ruth was a Eucharistic minister at the Cleveland Clinic for 25 years. Hobbies of hers included sewing, cooking, gardening and attending church. Mrs. Yenco was very proud of attending Notre Dame Academy in Cleveland. The family would like to thank the staff and especially the nurses at Blossom Hill in Huntsburg for their wonderful and loving care of Ruth and her late husband Thomas. Survivors are her son, Terry (Linda Bodi) Yenco of Chardon; grandchildren Chris and Suzanne; several great grandchildren; her son in law Robert Wranna and her brother Robert (Myrium) Phelps. Preceding Ruth in death are her husband Thomas R. Yenco; daughter Ruth Ann Wranna; parents Merle and Ann Phelps; her sisters Dorothy and Shirley and her brother John. A celebration of Ruths life will be held 5:30 p.m. at the Brunner Sanden Deitrick & Cremation , 8466 Mentor Ave., Mentor, OH 44060. The family will receive friends from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Vic enjoyed yard work and always had a perfect yard, from trimmed edges to beautiful bushes. He liked cars both old & new, and trucks of all sizes. Vic loved motorcycles and had a soft spot for Harleys and Indians. He was a body man for the Studebaker dealer in Cleveland until they closed in 1964 and later retired from the House of La Rose in 1989. He was proud of his family and always helped out a friend. Vic is survived by his sons, Victor Yenc, Jr. of Thompson and Ed (Sarah) Yenc of Montville. He was preceded in death by Jennie, his wife of 64 years; parents; sister, Francis Velkovar and brother, John Yenc. Friends will be received 5-8 p.m. on , 18, 2014 at THE BEHM FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 26 River Street, Madison, OH. He was born 16, 1976 in Bellefontaine, Ohio to Robert Alan Yelton and Vickie Jean Morris Yelton. Mike was employed as a tree trimmer for the City of Jackson. He enjoyed working, kayaking and riding his motorcycle. Mike is survived by his mother, Vickie Morris of Springfield; his wife of 22 years, Cheri Craft Yelton; children, Michael Lee Yelton, Jr. (Haley Ratliff) of Jackson and Shaelyn Louise Yelton of Jackson; brother, Rob Yelton (Heather) of Millersport; sisters, Michelle Davis of Florida, Linda Yelton of Florida and Kelly Roth of Columbus; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Don and Kathy Craft of Jackson, as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, including good friends, Ron and Trina Mullins of Jackson.
