Obituary: Please join us in celebrating the life of Betty Jo Yoning. Betty Jo, 77, of Rockledge, Florida was born on 25, 1938 and departed this life 25, 2016. Betty enjoyed spending quality time with her family and friends. She is survived ny two sons; Roy D. Harrell and his wife Denise; James David Yoning of Topeka, Kansas; one daughter Mary Harrell and her husband Kenn Ness of Divide, Colorado. She also has eleven Grandchildren and ten Great Grandchildren; and a sister - Alma Charles of Tuscon, Arizona. Betty was preceded in death by her Grandsons Garrett Byrd and Kurtis Ness. Services will be held , 31, 2016 at Brevard Memorial beginning with a visitation at 1:00pm with a funeral service following at 2:00pm. |

Obituary: a four year journey battling the effects of Alzheimer's, Mary Linda Harrison Yonge died peacefully on 15, 2017. Linda was born on 15th in Athens, Georgia as the daughter of Norman John Harrison and Mary Elizabeth Harrison. Linda is survived by her son, Anthony Robert Yonge (Tony); and granddaughter, Nyla; as well as her four sisters, Brenda Harrison Greengrass of Peachtree City, GA, Dianne Harrison Lott (Tony), Deborah Harrison Johnson (Mark), and Patricia Elaine Akin (Barry), all of Jacksonville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Linda spent her career in the insurance business and served in different capacities for both Prudential and State Farm Insurance. Linda's passion in addition to spending time with family was the Georgia Bulldogs. Being born in Athens and having a Dad who played at Georgia made her one of the most devout and loyal Georgia fans you can imagine. Obituary: Desmond Trick Eton Yong 1927-2017 Desmond Trick Eton Yong, went home to be with his Lord and risen Savior on 13, 2017 at the age of 90 in Pensacola, Florida. Desmond was a loving husband, brother and uncle who enjoyed traveling, dancing, playing field hockey, tennis and singing in his church choir. Some of his hobbies included radio communications, shooting rifles and hand guns. He began working in the communications industry when he left home at age 16 to work for a major airline as a radio operator. Desmond also expanded his communications skills working as a disc-jockey for WCOA in Pensacola while selling insurance for Prudential. Desmond retired from the Florida Division of Forestry in early 2000 after the passing of his wife and continued his long-time passion of being part of the Amateur Radio Community as a relay operator using the call letters N4DY. Trick, as he was known to family and close friends, is survived by his sister Laurette, nephews Wayne and Jon, nieces Judy, Jean, Suzie, Tracey, Sonia and many great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Daphne, father Samuel, mother Lillian, older brother Teddy, sisters Patricia and Joy and niece Nancy. Desmond will be laid to rest on , 20, 2017 at Eastern Gate Memorial Gardens in Pensacola, Florida. Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 2:00-3:00, immediately followed by a service at Eastern Gate Memorial . In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation in memory of Desmond be made to Burgess Road Baptist Church Missionary Fund. Eastern Gate Memorial has been entrusted with the arrangements. |
