Obituary: Joseph P. Warmka, age 67, formerly of Beaver Dam, died , 25, 2006 at his home in Reeseville. Friends and family may call at St. Katharine Drexel Church, 511 South Spring Street in Beaver Dam, on , 28, 2006 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow on at church, beginning at 11:00 AM. Fr. John Schreiter will officiate. Burial will be at St. Patrick\s in the Town of Beaver Dam, Dodge , Wisconsin. Joseph Paul Warmka was born on 1, 1938 in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin to the late Andrew and Adeline (Lang) Warmka. Following graduation from Beaver Dam High School, he farmed in the Beaver Dam area for several years. He then opened a farm fix-it shop at his home that he operated for many years. Joe enjoyed and always looked forward to family reunions. He always had a candy bar in his pocket for kids and was known for the pies, brownies and popcorn balls that he loved to make and share with everyone. He was the kind of guy who would give you the shirt off his back. He also enjoyed fishing. Joe was a member of St. Katharine Drexel Parish in Beaver Dam and had ushered and been a past president of the Holy Name Society at St. Michael\s Catholic Church. Survivors include his five children Gerald (Lisa) Warmka of Iron Ridge Brian Warmka of Chicago Jeffrey Warmka of Columbus Randall Warmka of Randolph and Vickie (Robert) Matthews of Fargo, ND six grandchildren Tyler, Travis, Emily Natalie, Mariah and Bradley six brothers and sisters Mary Jean Reak of Beaver Dam Andrew (Betty) Warmka, Jr. of Fox Lake Barbara (Wayne) Bortz of Beaver Dam Richard (Shirley) Warmka of Beaver Dam Adeline Warmka (fiance, Jim Boeder) of Beaver Dam David (Barbara) Warmka of Beaver Dam a sister-in-law Ann Warmka of Wilton a brother-in-law Richard Herbst of Beaver Dam nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Joe was preceded in death by his parents, his twin brother, James, a sister, Joyce Herbst and a granddaughter, Savanah Matthews. Obituary: Clarence G. Warmka, age 96, died , May 4, 2011 at Hillside Manor in Beaver Dam. Visitation for Clarence will be at the Murray in Beaver Dam on , May 9, 2011 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM with a vigil service to follow. On , May 10, 2011, visitation will be held at Annunciation Catholic Church in Fox Lake from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM; a Mass of Christian Burial will follow at church on beginning at 11:00 AM. Fr. Michael L. Wild will officiate. Burial will be at Annunciation in the Town of Trenton, Dodge , Wisconsin. Clarence George Warmka was born on 1, 1914 in Friesland, Wisconsin to the late Paul and Mary (Bauer) Warmka. On 26, 1946, he was united in marriage with Elaine Graf at St. Patrick\s Church in Beaver Dam. Clarence farmed throughout his life; he began as a dairy farmer but soon changed to raising hogs. He also had an apple orchard where he sold apples for many years and, in the last few years, he sold them only at the farmer\s market. Clarence loved to garden and he had a very large garden; he also enjoyed cutting wood on his property and playing sheephead with his family and friends. He was a member of Annunciation Catholic Parish in Fox Lake. Survivors include his wife, Elaine Warmka of Beaver Dam; six children, Paul Warmka of Africa, Ron (Janice) Warmka of Beaver Dam, Patricia Porterfield of Beaver Dam, Beverly (Douglas) Drews of Fox Lake, Peter (Carmen) Warmka of Florida, and John Warmka of South Carolina; 18 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; two sisters, Ella Kluz of Waupun and Mary Zastrow of Horicon; other relatives and friends. Clarence was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, George, in infancy, and Andrew. The family would like to thank all of the doctors and staff at Hillside Manor for their exceptional care for Clarence. If desired, memorials may be made in Clarence Warmka\s name to the St. Katharine Drexel Conference of the St, Vincent de Paul Society, 131 East Maple Avenue, Beaver Dam, WI 53916. The Murray , 131 E.
