Obituary: On , 14, 2013, at the age of 84, Mary went to be with her Valentine Billy. Mary Ethel Smith Wusterhausen was born on 26, 1928 in Elgin, Texas. She lived most of her life in Austin, Texas, raising two daughters with her husband, Bill, and working for the City of Austin. She retired after working for over 21 years in the Building Inspection Department. losing her beloved husband, Bill, to whom she was married for 52 years, Mary moved to Georgetown, Texas to be closer to her daughters and her sons-in-law. She enjoyed spending time with her family. Mimi was especially proud of her grandchildren. Mary is preceded in death by her parents, Rice Sewell Smith and Mable Lee Pauly; her husband, Bill; an older brother, W. Harvey Smith; and a younger brother, Roy Dale Smith. Mary leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughter, Carolyn Sue Polasek and husband, Johnny of Georgetown, daughter, Peggy Ann Radford and husband, Bobby of Georgetown; sister, Anna Dorene McNair of Georgetown and husband, Jim; five grandchildren, Tracy Smith and husband, Wayne, Amanda Lumpkin and husband, Wesley, Emily Strong and husband, J.B., Kyle Radford and wife, Kayla, and Kevin Radford; six great-grandchildren, Jordann and husband, Kory, Grace, Kassidy, Tessa, Wyatt, and Abigail; and one great-great-grandchild, Baylin. Obituary: Lura Ann McNeill Wurzbach was born on 27, 1931, in Goliad, TX, to Freida and Leonard McNeill. She spent her childhood years in San Antonio, and moved to Bulverde when her mother remarried, Charles Staudt Sr. She was committed to getting an education and rode the bus to and from Bulverde to San Antonio and spent nights at the YWCA to earn her diploma from Harlandale High School. Shortly after graduation she met the love of her life, William Wurzbach Sr., on the dance floor of the Hermann Sons Hall. were married on Easter 1950 and recently celebrated 66 years of marriage. Lura and Bill started their family and were blessed with three children; Margie, Peggy, & Billy. raised their children in a home filled with faith, love, and laughter building many treasured memories. Lura and Bill were members of Concordia Lutheran Church for over 60 years where they worshipped and served the Lord faithfully. Lura worked for Sears in their tele-catalog department for many years. Lura enjoyed writing poetry and many people were touched by her beautiful and witty words. She was also quite the actress and performed in many productions by the Bulverde Senior Theater. Lura loved planning parties and orchestrating a celebration for any reason she could come up with. She treasured her girlfriends who she played BUNCO with for over 50 years. The true joy of her heart was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved spoiling them and lavishing them with her love. She was a grandmother like none other. Above all, she loved her Lord Jesus Christ. She treasured His word and daily sang His praise. She lived every day of her life seeking out any opportunity to share His love with others and make them happy. Her legacy of a zeal for life, undying compassion, selfless love, and unwavering faith will live on forever in the hearts and lives of every person who was privileged to know her and blessed to love her. Lura was preceded in death by her parents and step father, as well as her brothers Johnny McNeill and Wayne McNeill, step brother Charles Staudt Jr., and sister Doris Laubach. Lura is survived by her husband William Wurzbach Sr., her brother Warren Bubba McNeill, and half-brother Grover Mackey McNeill, her three children and their spouses; Margie Maroney (Mike), Peggy Jordan (Tim), and Billy Wurzbach (Andrea), her nine grandchildren; Amber, Jason, Julie, Jessica, Crystal, Clint, Michelle, Daniel, & Johnny, and her eleven+ great grandchildren; Nathanael, Camryn, Malin, Clara, Allyson, William, Destiny, John Jr., Gauge, Hailey, & Sophia, as well as her three new loves due to arrive this Fall. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff of Heritage Creek Assisted Living and Encompass Hospice for not only the phenomenal care you have given Lura, but for truly loving her and being a reflection of Gods love to her. Obituary: Mary Lillian Wurz was born on 15, 1932 in Del Rio, Texas to Lonie and Lillian Wurz. Lillian worked in the banking and construction industry until she retired. She was always doing what she could to keep her house organized and tidy. She enjoyed working in her yard or garden. Lillian was a member of the Plano Garden Club and she helped send out the monthly newsletters. She also was involved with the Plano Senior as a greeter. If you missed two meetings she would call you and find out why you were not there! Lillian also had a love for her Chihuahuas. were a comfort to her and a true lap companion. truly brought joy and happiness to her heart. Lillian was preceded in death by her sister, Frances McDonald, and her parents. She is survived by her niece, Mary Trimble, and her nephews, John McDonald, Paul McDonald, and Frank McDonald and many other grand-nieces and grand-nephews. There will be a visitation at Ted Dickey , 2128 18th Street, Plano, TX from 6-8 PM on , 3, 2014.
