Obituary: Ethel B Wooten, 89, went into the presence of the Lord on , 16, 2015. She was born in Elkhart Kansas on May 21, 1925 to Lawrence Paul and Laura Mae Fancher. She was an ordained Assembly of God minister for over 50 years. Ethel and her husbands pastored multiple churches in Texas. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend. Ethel was preceded in death by her parents; 3 husbands, Rev. Delbert Arnold, Rev. S.L. Davis, and Rev. Wayne Wooten; 3 sons, Rev. Earl Arnold, Donald Wooten, and Glenn Wooten; and 1 daughter, Delores Davis. She is survived by 3 sons, Denis Davis and wife Estella, Weslely Wooten, and William Wooten and wife Namoi; 3 daughters, Marilyn Davis, Nell Israel and husband Earl, and Mary Ellen Terry; 1 sister, Patricia Ryan; and 2 brother Larry Fancher and wife Nita, and Jim Fancher. Ethel was the proud grandmother of 16 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren,12 great great grandchildren, and multiple step grandchildren and great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on , 19, 2015 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Frank W Wilson Directors. A celebration of her life will be at First Assembly of God Church, 1101 N Lee, in Odessa on , 20, 2015, at 11:00 am. Reverends Todd Starnes ,Glenn Beaver, and Dean Williamson will officiate Burial will follow at Andrews North in Andrews. |

Obituary: Doyle Deen Wooten was born to Charles and Mertie Wooten on 5, 1931. He passed away on 22, 2015. He was the third oldest of 10 children. He married the love of his life and constant companion, Shirley St. Clair, on 19, 1952. Doyle was a family man, doing whatever he could to take care of his family. He was an irrigation pump repairman his whole life. Starting out with Hilton Supply and then started his own business, D & C Pump, retiring in 2005. He thoroughly enjoyed watching his grandchildren and great grandchildren participate in various sports, basketball, baseball, soccer, football, softball and gymnastics. He enjoyed spending time at the hunting lease. He is survived by his wife of 62 years Shirley; brothers, Bob (Carolyn), AD (Dorothy), Jimmy and Roy Wayne; children, Kay & Clyde Patterson, Pat & Marland Brassfield, Mike & Missy Wooten, Cindy & Ronnie Edwards and Les & Becky Wooten; 13 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. This world has lost a truly wonderful and unique man, but he is now in heaven pain free. We will see you again, Dad/Papa, we love you so much. Obituary: Dorwin Alvin Wooten passed from this world 22, 2017 in Wichita Falls, Texas. Born in Andalusia, Alabama on 12, 1937 to Henry Alvin and Dovie Wooten, he attended school in Jay, Florida and married Marie Simmons on 21, 1957 in the town of Hartford, Alabama. Dorwin enlisted in the United States Air Force in of 1956, retiring to Iowa Park, Texas as a Senior Master Sergeant in of 1976. During his time of service, he received training as an aircraft mechanic at Sheppard Air Force base and later became a specialist in guidance systems for the Titan I missile program. Throughout his later years of military service he was recognized for his vast expertise and implementation of numerous improvements to the Department of Defense voice communication system known as Autovon. Dorwin had a lifelong love of gardening and all things mechanical. Upon his retirement from the Air Force he pursued both with a passion. He worked for Gilmore Incorporated as an electrical troubleshooter for many years and eventually opened "Quality Plus Auto and Truck Electric". He was known by farmers, truckers and oilfield workers as a man who could fix most anything. He was know by friends and family as a man who could grow most anything. In recent years, he became an avid fan and follower of Iowa Park Lady Hawk sports. Attending games whenever possible. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Cortez Wooten, and sister Lorene Bryan. Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Marie, his brothers Edgar, Melvin, Clayton and Odis, sisters Opal and Edna Mae. A son Kerry Wooten and wife Kim of Woodinville, Washington, daughter Denise Gilmore and husband Billy of Iowa Park. Granddaughters Lilah Gilmore, Stephanie Wooten, and Nikki Wooten. Family visitation will be , 26th at Dutton home in Iowa Park, Texas. services will be , 27th, followed by graveside services at Highland in Iowa Park.
