Obituary: Joseph W. Witzsche Jr., age 81, passed away on , 25, 2015 in Corpus Christi, TX. Joe was born on 19, 1934, in Pep, TX to Joseph and Teresa Witzsche. Joe was a loving son, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and uncle. He was dedicated to his family and friends. He proudly served in the U.S. Army. While in the Army he traveled to Germany. Joe was a very talented and gifted carpenter, whose accomplished works can be seen throughout Corpus Christi. There was nothing he could not build. He was known for his generous heart. Joe is preceded in death by his parents, his eldest brother Gerald W Witzsche, his eldest son Stephen B Witzsche and grandson Steven Torgersen. Joe is survived by his children John H (Michelle) Witzsche, Kim M (Tom) Torgersen, William A. (Kimberly) Witzsche and Valerie Corman; thirteen grandchildren Brianna Witzsche, Wendy (Dennis) Tschoepe, Carl (Sara) Torgersen, Eric Torgersen, Jeremiah Witzsche, Axel Torgersen, Emily Summers, Justin Summers, Theresa Witzsche, Evan Witzsche, Raven Ortega and Victoria Ortega; four great-grandkids; siblings Albert (Mary +) Witzsche, Earl (Loretta) Witzsche, Larry (Helen) Witzsche, and a (Carl) Jacobi; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. on , 04, 2015 at Corpus Christi with a Rosary to be held at 7:00 P.M. that same evening.
