Obituary: Patrick James White was born to Mark and Wendy (Mendiola) White on 31, 1987 in Fort Worth, Texas. He passed away on , 10, 2011 after a lengthy illness. He grew up in Bartlett and attended Bartlett High School where he loved being a part of the high school band, playing the bass drum for the drum line. high school, Patrick came to work for Mayflower Movers. He enjoyed the physical aspect of a hard days work. In May of 2009, Patrick suffered a debilitating bout of brain seizures and was placed into a drug- induced coma. Though doctors were unable to determine the cause of the seizures and had all but given up, Patrick awoke in 2009 and after 3 months of rehabilitation he walked out of the hospital. In of 2010, Patrick moved back to Bartlett and resided with his parents. Patrick thoroughly loved playing with his son Johnny, LilMan, and his nephews and nieces- Tony, Elena, Isabel, Salma and Alex. On the days he spent with LilMan, they would play so hard that a nap was going to be needed by the end of the day; sometimes, LilMan even took a nap. Patrick was also involved in service to his church, Sts. Cyril and Methodius in Granger. In the beginning, he would sit at the rear of the church and attentively watch to see how many alter servers were present. If he did not believe enough were present, he would loudly and proudly volunteer. Soon, he found his calling to help ready the church for the next service. He also was ever ready to assist his parents with communion route to the homebound. He generally went with his mother to visit those at Will-O-Bell, because She got to see more people than dad. When it came time for the offering, he always had his dollar ready to go, even if meant trying to give a winning lottery ticket. He so innocently wanted to just support his church. He also became active in CCD. He looked forward each week when he could teach class. He proudly spoke of his faith in God and how much he loved God and how much everybody needed God in their life. He never tired of enthusiastically saying Believe in God because God loves us. Patrick put everybody before himself and when you saw him you would have to brace yourself because you were getting a big hug. You could offer a hand shake, but you were getting a bear- hug. On 28, 2011, the seizures once again took him back to the hospital and into a drug- induced coma. Sadly, this time they were just too strong and on , 10, 2011, God lovingly ended his suffering and called him . During this time, it became evident that in a short 24 years, Patrick touched a number of lives and will be greatly missed. However, he no longer suffers and more than likely did The Worm through Heavens Gate and is shooting pool with Jesus. He is also playing Monopoly with his Grandma Mary Jane, Grandpa Tom and Memaw, and more than likely embezzling from the game bank. under the direction of Goodnight , Bartlett, TX. |

Obituary: Graveside services for Pat White, 80, of Abilene will be held at 1:00 P.M., , 5, at the Albany in Albany, Texas with Rev. Dave Takacs officiating. Services are under the direction of Elliott-Hamil , 542 Hickory St., Abilene, Texas. Pat was a Cub Scout leader, Girl Scout leader, school teacher and most importantly, she was a Christian. She would not eat unless you agreed to eat with her, and she made sure you took the first bite. Pat passed away night, 3, 2016 of Alzheimers disease, and now is in her eternal home where there is no more pain, tears, sadness, sickness or death. We all are missing you so, so much, and love you to the moon and back, and we will see all of our family that already have their mansions again, never to part again. Mom is preceded in death by her parents; her first son, Dal Brush; and one great-grandchild. She is survived by her remaining family including children, Johnny and Karrie Brush, Darrell Brush, Veronica and Benny Ray Coplin; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
