Obituary: God called Frank Wang home on 11, 2015, while Frank was sleeping in his long-time home in Plano, Texas. Born in Anhui Province, China, on 4, 1927, Frank spent his childhood and teenage years in central China. graduating from University of Nanking, Frank moved to Taipei, Taiwan, where he began a career in government service. There, he met the love of his life, Betty Tang. On 22, 1951, Frank and Betty were married and this past 22, 2014, they celebrated 63 years of marriage. the birth of their son and with their daughter on the way, Frank moved his young family to Brazil to start a family-owned business. But the United States Federal Government sought Franks talents and knowledge, and recruited him to join the U. S. State Department in Washington, DC. With their second daughter on the way, Frank moved the family to Washington, D. C., and began a 30 year career as a US diplomat and government official. This career took Frank and his family all over the globe, living for years at a time in Holland, Thailand, Peru, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and New York. Upon retiring from the government career, Frank then embarked on a second successful career as an entrepreneur in the private sector. Promoting development and investment projects between the US and overseas countries, Frank enjoyed further globe-trotting experiences in his second career. When Frank decided to eally retire, he and Betty settled in Plano, Texas. There, they spent many happy years doting on grandchildren and spending time with family. Frank was a wonderful husband, father, grandpa, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend to everyone whose lives he touched. He was thoughtful, kind, and generous. He had a keen intellect, was passionate about world affairs, and felt great pride in being an American. At his core, he was deeply committed to his family and provided a shining example of the meaning of unconditional love. Frank is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Betty, son James Wang, daughter Marcelina and her husband Richard Wilson, daughter Cecilia and her husband Ken Biggs, grandchildren Matthew Wilson, Christopher Wang, Nathan Wang, Timothy Wang, Summer Biggs, and Sierra Biggs, brother Yu-Tseng Wang, sister Bai-ling Wang, brother Xi-Tseng Wang, sister Ling-ling Wang, brother Chi-Tseng Wang, and cousins, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, and many dear friends. Frank is predeceased by his father Nan-yuan Wang, his mother Kuang-yu Yin, and his daughter-in-law Patricia Wang. A Celebration of Life service will be held on , 17, 2015, at 2:00 PM at Forest Park The Woodlands and , in The Woodlands, Texas, with a burial service following. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that any remembrance be made to the charity organization of your choice. |

Dan Dan received a BS in English from Inner Mongolia University of Technology in 1992.She received her Masters degree in Communications from West Texas A&M University in Canyon Texas in 1996 and received her second Masters degree in Computer Science from University of Texas - Dallas in 1998. Dan Dan married Phillip Williams in 2006 they lived in Plano Texas before relocating to Austin Texas in 2011. Dan Dan received her United States Citizenship in 2010. Dan Dan was a programmer at Hewlett Packard (HP) formally Electronic Data Systems (EDS) for 14 years working on the Department of Veterans Affairs account. Obituary: Joseph Robert Waneck, age 80 of Rosanky, TX passed away , 9, 2010 JR was born on the banks of Sandy Creek to Martha (Beck) Waneck and Joe Edmund Waneck. He was one of six children (four sisters and one brother). Both parents, three sisters and his brother have preceded him in death. He has a son, Roger lee Waneck and a daughter, Melissa Ann Schmidt. On 20, 1987, JR married the love of his life Becky Oliver. Together they have two sons: Roger and wife Jan Waneck, Chris and wife Kerri Oliver, two daughters: Lisa and husband Don Schmidt, Suzy and husband Wesley Pearson. 9 Grandkids: and husband John, Robbie, Jason and wife Emily, Mia, Autumn and husband Shawn, Cole, Brooke, Chelsea and Kenzi. 3 Great-grandkids: Ally, Owen and Erin and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews. JR was a true friend to all he knew. JR served with the US Navy during the Korean War. He worked for Dahlstrom Corporation as an accountant. He also worked for the First National Bank of Bastrop and Covert of Bastrop. He was a 4th degree member of the Knights of Columbus Rockne-String Prairie Council. JR enjoyed being outdoors. He loved cutting firewood and burning brush. He was an avid coin collector. He enjoyed watching the Cowboys play football, the Texas Rangers play baseball and relaxing on the front porch with his Jack & Coke. JR had a love for music where he sang with the choir at St. Marys Catholic Church. JR was always up for a road trip...especially when he was going to see the grandkids and was put in charge of the snacks. Obituary: Guenter M. Wandke, 81, of Oak Ridge North, passed away 13, 2017. He was born in Germany on 13, 1936. He was married to Eleanor A. Wandke on 2, 1966. Guenter had a career in electrical maintenance and worked for 27 years at Ethyl Corporation under parent company: Albemarle of Virginia. He was a member of St. Jonah Orthodox Church, Ethyl Employees Credit Union, and Ethyl Retirees Club. Guenter loved to help people and tinker with things around the house. His passion was bowling and he carried a 200 average. He was preceded in death by parents, Max and Marta Wandke; and sister ,Viola. He is survived by his wife, Eleanor Wandke. A visitation will take place from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm on , 16, in the Chapel of Forest Park The Woodlands , 18000 Interstate 45 South, The Woodlands, Texas 77384. There will be another visitation taking place on , 17, at St. Jonah Orthodox Church, 2910 Spring Cypress Rd, Spring, Texas 77388 from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
