Obituary: Mary Marie Whisman was born 22, 1937, in Chandler, OK. She passed onto her heavenly home on 22, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents Dennis and Florence Michael and by siblings Sue, Donald and Johnnie. Mary is survived by husband Richard (Pete) and they were married 54 years. Also by children Terry Hall, Linda and David Moody, Larry and Hollie Hall and Brenda Sanchez and by grandchildren James, Shanna, Jason, Kimberly, Dusty, Shyla, Jacklyn, Dalton, Tiffanie and Derrick. Great grandchildren Tyler, Morgan, Stevie, Braden, Ashtyn, Tyler, Austin, Cayson, Kolton and Riley. She is survived by brother Mike and Carolyn Michael and sister-in-law Sharon and Dennis Miller and many nieces and nephews and friends. She retired from Tinker Air Force Base. She enjoyed OU sports , Thunder basketball and going to the lake with her family and friends. She enjoyed her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren many activities especially bull riding and softball. She was a wonderful wife, mother and Nana. She will be greatly missed by all of that knew her. For today we grieve the loss of a woman we each loved, let tomorrow and our remaining days be a celebration of Marys life and the love that we were so blessed to receive. A public visitation will be held at Sunny Lane , 4000 SE 29th Street, Del City, Oklahoma, 73115, on 28, 2015 from 10am until noon. Please join the family for a graveside service honoring Mary Whisman at Wellston in Wellston, Oklahoma on 28, 2015 at 1:30 in the afternoon. |
