Obituary: Make yourself familiar with the angels and behold them frequently in spirit; for without being seen, they are present with you. - St. Francis De Sales AUBURN: Lucille (Bell) Wyse, 72, of Auburn reached the end of her journey on , 24 at The Hospice House. She was born on 28, 1942 in Edmundston, NB, Canada, a daughter of the late Herbert and Yvonne (Cyr) Bell. She attended Edward Little High School, Bliss and University of Maine. a long career in accounting, Lucy retired and enjoyed 5 years traveling cross-country with her husband, Don, in their motorhome making many new friends along the way. Lucys passions included quilting, stained glass, scrapbooking and many other crafts. She spent years researching and assembling her familys genealogy and loved pouring over old family photos. Lucy will be lovingly remembered by her children, Christopher Crockett of Lewiston, Michelle Yonuss and husband Shane of Lewiston, and Brian Lester and wife Andrea of Nashua, NH; three stepsons, Donald Wyse and wife Jennifer of Nahant, MA , Derek Wyse and wife Susan of Newmarket, NH, and Bruce Helmuth of Wales; grandchildren, Brandi, Eric, Raquel, Calla Lily, Aidan, Amelia, Brayden and Levi; and great-granddaughter, Karin; three siblings, Maxine Folsom and husband Frank of Auburn, Kate Bell of Freeport, and Philip Bell and wife Kathleen of Concord, NH; and many nephews and nieces. Lucy was predeceased by her husband, Donald Wyse and her siblings, Vernon Bell and Colette Ayer. Lucy brought joy and peace to those around her with her sense of humor, genuine spirit, strength and kindness. She gave love simply and freely and gave generously of her time and talents. Recognizing the voice and hands of God in the words and actions of others, she called them her angels at work. In turn, she was an angel for her friends and family and had a calming and warm presence that will be greatly missed. Obituary: Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail. - Ralph Waldo Emerson Donald B. Wyse, 71, adored husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend reached the end of his journey on , 10th, but leaves behind many bright and memorable trails. Don was born on 3, 1943 in Lewiston, a son of Charlotte May (Wyse) Walton and stepfather George Adelbert Walton. He was raised in Auburn and was a 1961 graduate of Edward Little High School, after which he served 4 years in the U.S. Navy as a Sea Bee. Don was a police officer for the Auburn Police Department followed by a long career in transportation as a tractor trailer truck driver for several area companies. In 1994, he bought Coreys Driving School where he taught basic drivers education training, as well as provided instruction and safety training for tractor trailer, RV, and 15 passenger vans. Don had many interests, including: travelling, motorsports, golf, inkering, and spending time with family and friends. He was a member of the Tranquil Masonic Lodge No. 29 in Auburn. Don travelled extensively throughout his life and continued that love of travel after retirement with his wife Lucy. enjoyed several years of cruising across the country in their motor coach, visiting amazing places from coast to coast, and made many new friends along the way. Don is survived by his wife Lucy (Bell) Wyse of Auburn; son, Donald and wife Jennifer of Nahant, MA; son, Derek and wife Susan of Newmarket, NH; stepson, Brian Lester and wife Andrea of Nashua, NH; stepson, Christopher Crockett of Lewiston; stepdaughter, Michelle Yonuss and husband Shane of Lewiston; nephew, Bruce Helmuth of Wales; grandchildren, Aidan and Amelia Wyse of Nahant, MA, Brayden and Levi Helmuth of Wales, Brandi Aoki and her husband Masato of Japan, Eric Lester of Boston, MA, Raquel and Calla Lily Crockett of Auburn, a step great-granddaughter Karin Aoki of Japan; his loyal golden retriever Bruno; and many dear friends.
