Obituary: AUBURN: Rena M. Wilbur, 62, of Bath, passed away peacefully with her family by her side morning at the Hospice House in Auburn. She was born in Lewiston on 15, 1951 the daughter of the late Albert and Cora (Saucier) Lagueux. She grew up in the Lewiston area, attended local schools there and was a graduate of Lewiston High School, class of 1969. Rena worked at Bath Iron Works for 38 years. Twelve of those years was spent as a Class 1 welder and the other 26 years as a tool keeper. She enjoyed working there and the people she worked with. She also loved gardening, spending quality time with her grandchildren and family, being by the ocean and collecting shells. She will always be remembered for her great sense of humor, exciting personality and bringing joy into the lives of everyone she met. Rena is survived by her two children Larry Lagueux of Sabattus and Tonya Wilbur of Bath as well as her three brothers Richard Lagueux, Raymond Lagueux, Sr. and David Lagueux and her very best friend who has always been like a sister to her, Diane Brayley of Monmouth. She also leaves behind her six grandchildren; Joshua, Kaitlin and Kolby Lagueux, Nathan Fraser and Tylor Wilson, and Desiree Saucier 2 great-grandchildren Pryce and Brooklynn Lagueux and many nieces and nephews. The family wishes to extend their sincere thanks and appreciation to the staff of Marshwood for their care and devotion to Rena while she resided there. Obituary: Clayton James Wilber, 89, of Kingfield, ME, passed away with his loving family by his side on 23, 2014 at Oak Grove in Waterville, Maine. He was born on 5, 1925 in North Anson, Maine, the son of Percy Wilber and Evelyn (Taylor) Wilber. Clayton graduated from Kingfield High School. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was in communications in the European Theater. He received the Bronze Star Medal, Victory Metal and the Good Conduct Medal. Clayton married Hilma (Murray) Wilber on 20, 1949 in Kingfield. He started out working for W.H. Hinman Construction in North Anson as an equipment operator for many years. He then worked at Sugarloaf Mountain grooming trails; he was known as Packer 1 for 28 years. He is a member of the American Legion in Kingfield, and is a past member of the Mason in Kingfield. He would make pencil holders out of wooden blocks, and paper towel holders. He was an active member of the Sno-Wanderers Snowmobile Club in Kingfield. He loved to go camping at several different camping areas, and he enjoyed tinkering on his car. Clayton is survived by his wife Hilma of 65 years of Kingfield; two daughters, Deborah Deb, as he would call her, Lessard and her husband, Robert of Dexter, Cynthia Chase and her husband, Jeffrey of Skowhegan; four grandchildren, Shawna, Heather, Melanie, and Megan; five great grandchildren, Coty, Dustin, Chase, Mitchell, and Kaia; one great-great grandchild, Kraiden; many nieces, nephews, and the grandchildrens spouses. He is predeceased by one brother, Reynold Wilber, and one sister, Donna Clark. Visiting hours will be held 27, 2014 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Smart & Edwards , 183 Madison Ave., Skowhegan, ME. A funeral service will be held 28, 2014 at 2 p.m. at the Western Mt. New Baptist Church, Rt. 27 Kingfield, ME. are under the care and direction of Smart & Edwards , 183 Madison Ave., Skowhegan, Maine.
