Obituary: Bronwynn "Bobo" Weaver, of Acworth, passed away at the age of 45. She was from Cumming and grew up in Forsyth. She had worked at Sylvan prior to working as the Operations Manager at Data Voice Incorporation for may years until their closing. Mrs. Weaver's favorite occupation was being "mom." She was very loving and caring and her son, Chris, was her whole world. She was the kind of person who would do anything you needed and could always make you laugh. She was very organized and prepared - she had a purse full of items to comfort everyone around her: the hand sanitizer for those improve moments without a faucet, the candy to sooth someone's throat, and anything else that you could want. Mrs. Weaver had an awesome spirit about her and loved spending time at the beach or enjoying Nascar. Bronwynn "Bobo" Weaver is preceded in death by her husband, Michael F. Weaver. Survivors include her only son, Christopher "CJ" Merkison of Acworth; her loving mother, Phyllis; father, Jimmy Hopkins, Sr. of Zebulon, Georgia; two brothers, Todd Hopkins and his wife, Beth, of Sarasota, Florida and Jimmy Hopkins Jr. and his wife, Marlene, of Woodstock; brother in law, Greg Weaver of Acworth; niece, Megan Webb and her husband, Alexander "Alex," of Acworth; and many other loving nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends , 13, 2016 from 2:00 PM until service time at 3:00 PM at Piney Grove Baptist Church in Acworth. Burial will follow in the church's cemetery. The family requests that vibrant and uplifting colored clothing be worn to help celebrate Ms. Weaver's life. Obituary: Mr. Bobby Weaver, 66, of Canon, GA passed away , 18, 2015 in Canon, GA. Mr. Weaver was born on 6, 1948, son of the late Aubrey Weaver and the late Littie Bell Pierce Weaver. He was a Realtor and a member of the New Franklin Christian Church. Survivors include his daughters, Renee Smith of Lavonia, GA and Libby Terrell of Nicholson, GA; grandchildren, Lauren Turpin, Jake Turpin, Grant Smith, Abby Terrell, Liviya Chumley and Layna Chumley; great grandchildren, Layla Angel and Layton Angel; brothers, Fred Weaver and Charles Weaver, both of Canon, GA; sister, Angie Peterson of Canon, GA. In addition to his parents, Mr. Weaver was preceded in death by one daughter, Lori Marie Weaver and one sister, Mary Weller. Memorial services will be held at the Pruitt Chapel at 7:00 p.m. on , 20, 2015 with the Rev. Carl Beckham officiating. Obituary: Mrs. Betty Jean Weaver, age 84, of Acworth, GA, passed away on , 9, 2017. Mrs. Weaver was born on 24, 1932 in Dale , Alabama, daughter of the late Marcus Beasley and Vera Peacock Beasley. Mrs. Weaver was a very hardworking and dedicated woman, working full time until she was seventy-five years old. Being raised with a father who was a Methodist minister, her faith was everything to her. She was an Adult School teacher for many years and also started the 50+ club at Piney Grove Baptist Church that is Active as of today. Not only did Betty work hard in her job and in her church, her most dedicated work came in being a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. She worked every day to make sure everyone had a full breakfast in the morning and after she returned home from work, a delicious dinner at night. Mrs. Betty was a pure, loving, dedicated, Godly woman, and she will certainly be missed by all who knew and loved her. Along with her parents, Mrs. Weaver is preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Henry Franklin Weaver, who passed in of 2016; son; Mike Weaver; , grandson; Mathew Weaver. She is survived by her son Greg Weaver of Acworth, GA; three grandchildren, Megan Webb, Ty Weaver, and C.J. Merkison. A funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Betty Weaver will be held at one oclock in the afternoon on , 15, 2017 at Piney Grove Baptist Church in Acworth with Rev. Tommy Reinhardt officiating. Mrs. Weaver will lie in state at the church from twelve oclock in until the time of service. Interment will follow in the Piney Grove Church . A visitation with the family will take place from four oclock in the afternoon until eight on , 14, 2017 at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge in Kennesaw.
