Obituary: Mary Catherine Vincik, 96, of Shiner, Texas passed away on , May 4, 2015 at Shiner and Rehab. in Shiner, Texas. Services are under the direction of Buffington in Shiner, Texas and will be held at 10:30 am on , May 6, 2015 at Buffington Chapel in Shiner, Texas with Deacon Joe Machacek officiating. Interment will follow at the Shiner Catholic in Shiner, Texas. A Rosary will be recited at 10:00 am prior to the Service at Buffington Chapel on , May 6, 2015, with Deacon Joe Machacek officiating. Mary was born on May 22, 1918 in Gonzales, Texas. She was the daughter of Frank and Katie (Stluka) Vincik. She was a member of SPJST, and attended Saints Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church. She enjoyed being outside and taking care of her yard. She liked to play dominoes and bingo. Carolyn and Marilyn Schroeder are the nieces who helped care for her while at Shiner and Rehab. Mary is survived by two sisters-in-law; Doris Vincik of Abilene, Texas, Christine Vincik of Palos Verdes Estes, California, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; Frank and Katie Vincik, three sisters; Anastasia Stacie Siegel, Annie Schroeder, Catherine Schroeder, three brothers; Robert Vincik, Frank Vincik, Edwin Vincik, two nephews; William Siegel, Jr., and Robert James Vincik. Obituary: Thomas Maxwell Vincent, age 63, of San Antonio, TX born 23, 1940, died , 16, 2003. He was a 1958 graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School and attended The University of Texas. He also served in the U.S. Air Force. Tom had a successful career in commercial real estate throughout the State of Texas, serving as a Vice President of Lincoln Property LPC while in Dallas, as well as various other positions in commercial real estate ventures. He was preceded in death by his parents, Willard and Elizabeth Vincent.
