Obituary: Jacqueline Jackie Heilig Venable, 84, of Greensboro, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on , 27, 2015 at Moses Cone Hospital. services will be held , 31, 2015 at 11:00 am at Hanes-Lineberry Vanstory Chapel, with Pastor Russ Reaves officiating. Burial will follow at Westminster Gardens . Jackie was born 24, 1930 in High Point, to the late Robert and Ethel Heilig. She became a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in 1963, where she was a member of the Mary School Class and served on various church committees. Jackie was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend who never met a stranger. She was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in life by her husband, Bobbie R. Venable; son, Gary Venable; and her brothers, Arnold, Ray, and Wallace Heilig. Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Gayle Collins of Brown Summit; daughter-in-law, Lisa Venable of Thomasville; grandchildren, Johnie N. Collins, III and wife Kayla, Kimberly Collins Hulin and husband Jerry; great-grandchildren, Caleb Collins, Elizabeth Collins, Hayley Hulin; Mason Hulin, Lynlee Collins, Kira Collins, and a Collins; sister-in-law, Bonnie Heilig; aunt, Ester Heilig; several special nieces and nephews; and all her work family at Kohls. The family will receive friends from 6:30 until 8:30 pm on evening, 30, 2015 at the funeral home.
