Obituary: Marie Rose Delna Valentin was born in Les Cayes, Haiti on 18, 1922. Her parents Joseph and Letitia Valentin had a total of five children, of which Marie was the third born. Marie went on herself to be the mother of five children; Michelle Franklin Ducheine, Marie Maude Franklin, Joseph Alcindor and wife Marva Alcindor, Mirlande Alcindor Muhsen, Jessie Alcindor Sylvestre and husband Edwidge Sylvestre. From her children, she was given 10 grand children, and 12 great grand children. She was a loving, kind, generous, humble, and hospitable person. These qualities made her a wonderful mother, grandmother and an overall wonderful friend to all who knew her. She also was loved and will be missed by all her nieces and nephews. Marie migrated to the US in 1962 and single handedly sent for all five of her children to also move to America where she raised and educated them. In the late 70s she started studying the bible with Jehovah Witnesses and in 1984 she symbolized her dedication to Jehovah in water baptism. Although her health made it at times difficult, Marie remained faithful to Jehovah to the end of her days. She passed away , 11, 2014, at 7:50pm and is now sleeping in death. Marie had faith in the resurrection Jehovah promised and although we will miss her, we await for the day Jehovah will reunite us again. Visitation will take place on , 23, 2014, from 10:00 a.m.-10:45 a.m. at Boyd-Panciera Hollywood Blvd. Chapel. Service will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses, 5632 SW 27 Street, Hollywood, FL 33020. Entombment will follow at Forest Lawn South . |

Obituary: 11, 1981 - 9, 2014 Louis Val diValentin of Fort Myers was killed in a motorcycle accident on 9, 2014. Born a twin in Fairfax, Virginia on 11, 1981 to Val and Cary diValentin, he moved to Fort Myers at the age of one. Louie, as he was affectionately known, attended Evangelical Christian School and Cypress Lake High School. Three days after his graduation from Cypress, he enlisted in the United States Army 82nd Airborne Infantry. Sometime after his honorable discharge in 2003, Louie moved to the Windsor, Vermont area where he worked at the Okimo Ski Resort as a Lift Supervisor and relaxed snowboarding. When he realized he could go faster and higher, Louie fell in love with hangliding and moved to Charlestown NH. Like everything else he tried, he became proficient and soon rated as a Tandem Instructor. Hangliding summers and skiing winters.Louie moved back to Fort Myers in 2012 and began working at Gulf Coast Motorcycles where he recently became Assistant Service Manager. Generous, friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic, personable with a big grin on his face, positve and loyal he always lived life in the moment and to the fullest. Seeing Louie always brightened your day. Louie is survived by his heartbroken parents, Val and Cary; his grandmother, Migdalia Figueredo; his twin brother Orlando (Landy) and wife Lori of Wassau, WI; his brother Anthony (Tony) 33, presently of McPherson, KS; his sister Valerie, 35, of Lake Worth, FL, her husband, John and their two daughters, Frankie, 3-1/2 and Tess, 10 months. Gone to be with The Lord too soon, until we see you again we will miss you tremendously dear Louie.
