Obituary: High Point, NC Ray D. Tinsley, 75, went to be with his Lord , 22, 2014. Ray was born in Charleston, WV, 25, 1939, a son of the late Romie and Hazel Tinsley. He was a retired truck driver and a faithful member of Westchester Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife of 49 years, Patricia Tinsley; two sons, John Tinsley (Elizabeth) and Brian Tinsley (Jamie); five grandchildren; a twin brother, Russell Tinsley (Betty). A Celebration of Ray’s Life will be held at 1 p.m. at Westchester Baptist Church by the Rev. Eric Peacock. Burial will follow in Floral Garden Park . The family will receive friends at the church from 12 noon until the service and at other times the home. Memorials may be directed to the family. |
