Obituary: FRANK TOIRAC, 90, Port St. Lucie, FL, passed away 6, 2015 at Treasure Coast Hospice in Ft. Pierce, FL. Born in New York, NY, Frank was a resident of Port St. Lucie, FL since 1987, moving from Yonkers, NY. Prior to retirement, Mr. Toirac worked for IBEW for 44 years as an Electrical/Phone Technician. Frank was very sociable, loving to read, working with stain glass, working around the house as a handyman and being out in the sun. He was preceded in death by one son, Greg Toirac, and one sister, Aida Guefrer. Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Harriet Toirac of Port St. Lucie, FL; sisters, Cookie Tacon of Ardsleu, NY and Nina Stein of Deluth, GA. Obituary: Dr. Ronald Charles Toifel, Sr., age 83, native of Mobile, AL and current resident of Milton, FL, passed away at his home on 11, 2016. He is preceded in death by his soulmate, his wife, Peggy White Toifel, brother Leo F. Toifel and parents, Leopold and Thelma Toifel. Dr. Toifel was a graduate of McGill Institute Class of 1951, received his BS from University of Southern Mississippi, his MA from Louisiana State University and PhD from Florida State University. He retired after 30 years as Librarian at University of West Florida. He was a past president of the UWF chapter of the United Faculty of Florida. He was an avid golfer and a passionate Alabama football fan. He was a former member of a local mystic society. Dr. Toifel is survived by his children; Ronald C. Toifel, Jr. (Bonnie), Mark E. Toifel and Lance R. Toifel (Jennifer). He is also survived by his brothers, Robert A. and David L. Toifel, six grandchildren; Anissa Rudd (Benjamin), Allen Cannon (Kassie), Catherine Malgieri (Christopher), Kane Scipioni, Taylor Toifel (Dylan White), Teagan Toifel, and five great-grandchildren; Stephanie Rudd, Forest Rudd, Ella Wooten, Sophia White and Abigail Malgieri. Visitation will be held on , 16, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Radney . services will be held in the funeral home chapel on , 17, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Mobile Memorial Garden . In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to University of West Florida Peggy Toifel Scholarship Fund. Obituary: Elaine Barbara Toggweiler, 89, of Fort Myers, FL passed away on , 30, 2016. She was born May 14, 1926 in Detroit, MI to Lloyd and Lucille Stevenson. Elaine had worked for several years in the office of Dr. Bruce Senior in Fort Myers. Elaine was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, affectionately known as Mimi to her family. Her previous residences were in Royal Oak, MI., and North Fort Myers, FL. She has served as a School Board Member at Bishop Verot High School. She enjoyed playing cards, and loved her time spent for many years with her numerous bridge groups. Her most precious moments were the times she spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Stuart Toggweiler in 2007, as well as a sister, Joan Socia. She will be dearly missed by her loving children, James Toggweiler of Algonac, MI; Thomas (Sherry) Toggweiler of Royal Oak, MI; Robert (Nancy) Toggweiler of Bluffton, SC; Janet (Ken) Lindsay of Madison, MS; Therese (Jay) Wade of Fort Myers, FL; John (Nancy) Toggweiler of Fort Myers, FL; Michael (Virginia) Toggweiler of Eden Prairie, MN; Mary Kerr of North Fort Myers, FL; and Robbin (Greg) Saul of Kennesaw, GA.; grandchildren, Timothy; Brian; Alan; Andrew; Teegan; Christine Robinson; Kerry Sanders; Gregory; D. Michael Lindsay; Jennifer Wade; Ryan Wade; Casey; Sean; Craig; Robert; Sarah; Kollin Kerr; Kaitlyn Kerr; Kourtney Kerr; Matthew Saul; and Neil Saul; 20 great grandchildren; sister, Carol (Perry) Daust; and brother, James Stevenson.
