Obituary: Paul Edward Stover Paul Edward Stover, 66 of Beckley, passed away on , 16, 2015 in Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV after a long illness. Paul was born on May 31, 1949 in Charleston, WV. He was the son of Elvis (Wingo) and the late Maben Stover. He was a 1967 graduate of Clear Fork High School in Colcord, WV where he played football; later, he attended Concord in Athens. Paul served in the Marine Corps from 1968-1969 and was a disabled veteran of the Vietnam Conflict. In his youth, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. When he was able he attended Memorial Baptist Church in Beckley. To his family and friends, he was known as the ultimate jokester and story teller. Surviving are his wife, Vera Goodson of Falls Church, VA; daughters, Brigitte Wilson of Myrtle Beach, SC, and Laura (Matthew) Danysh of Alexandria, VA; grandchildren, Jaclyn Wilson, Caleb and Connor Danysh; sisters, Carol (Ronnie) Thompson of Seth, WV, Debbie (John) White of Peru, Indiana and Barbara (Mike) Akers of Beckley, WV; 5 nieces and 1 nephew. In addition to his father, those preceeding in death are 3 infant grandsons who were born sleeping (Christian Maben, Cody Micah and Jacob Raymond Danysh); his maternal grandparents John and Cora (Stover) Wingo; paternal grandparents, Clina and Ida (Toney) Stover. Services will be held at 1:00 PM, , 19, 2015 at Blue Ridge in Beckley with Pastor James Boyd officiating. Friends may gather with the family at the funeral home at 12:00pm. Obituary: Patricia Jean Stover Another Angel has earned her wings. Patricia Jean Haas Stover joined our Lord and Savior on 22, 2016 after a long illness. She was predeceased in death by her husband of 44 years, Ronald Stover. She was born May 15th, 1941 the daughter of the late Carlos and Martha Toney Haas, also preceding her were sisters Debbie Brown and Carol Sue and brothers Roy Haas, and Fogie Haas. Leaving behind to cherish her memory are daughters Sandy (Ed) Holmes of Charleston; Robin Staples of Charleston; Ronda (Shawn) Thompson of Ky; sons Jimmy (Becky) DiSciullo of Ripley; Michael (Susan) Stover of Charleston; brother Bobby (Judy) Haas of Charleston; sisters Cookie Haas Lilly of Tornado; Frances (Larry) Pauley of Texas; Connie Hudson of Charleston and Sugar (Randy) Pauley of Charleston she also leaves behind 10 Grandchildren; 10 Great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and others that will love and miss her forever. Services will be , 26th, 2016 at 2:00pm at Tyler Mountain , 5233 Rocky Fork Rd., Cross Lanes WV 25313 with Pastor Rick Tobia officiating. Friends may call from 1:00pm until service time.
