Obituary: Jacklyn Diane Berger Soto (Spangler) 79 years old, Jacklyn was born on 8, 1936, in Everett, Washington to David Robertson Berger and Una Jessie Smith. She passed away on 29, 2015, in Everett, Washington after a brave 24 month struggle battling various illnesses. Her life's work was at John Fluke Manufacturing Co., from where she retired after 30 years. retirement Jacklyn traveled to various places including Ann Arbor, Michigan and Anchorage, Alaska and attended yearly gathering with her beloved daughters on the other side of the mountains. Her many interests included history, science, crafts, antiques, very strong religious convictions, a deep commitment to her daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as an unwavering zeal for life and achievement. Jacklyn was preceded in death by her parents: John (Jack) and Ina Lower who raised her; siblings: David Berger, Tim Berger, Heidi Berger; and her baby daughter, Vickie Rae Spangler. She is survived by her beloved husband, Victor M. Soto; her daughters: Tanya (Curly) Clark, Kim (Butch) Nance, Kelley (Jim) Reeves, Laura Hollum and Anji Soto; her siblings: Malcolm Berger, Don Berger and Connie (Bob) Hammel, Vickie Berger, Penny Berger and Wendy Berger; her grandchildren: Stacie (Russ), Dawn and D.T., Leslie (Greg), Melissa (Jeff), Sarah, Christopher, Andrew, and Marcelis, and great grandchildren: Ashlyn, Brandon, Justin, Patrick, Tristen and Ellie. Jacklyn's family would like to thank the staff at Providence Hospital, Everett Clinic, Western Washington Medical, The Moe Clinic and Azure Clinic for the compassionate treatment and care that they provided for their beloved wife, mother and grandmother. Memorial services will be on , 7, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. at the Mill Creek Four Square Church, 1415 164th St SW, Lynnwood, WA. A private burial will be at Floral Hills , Lynnwood, WA. |
