Obituary: Virginia Elizabeth McClary Stewart, of Prince George, went to be with the Lord on , 13, 2015. She was born in Orange , the daughter of the late James Thomas McClary and Emma Brown McClary. Virginia is reunited with her husband, John R. Stewart and her two sons, Edgar and Thomas Gordon Riner. She is survived by her daughter, Debra Ann Croft and husband, Bob of Prince George; her sister, Emma Lee Gibson of Disputanta; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Virginia was a member of Prince George Baptist Church where she taught school for 5 years after a 20 year tenure in Lexington, KY. She was retired from the Lexington Blue Grass Depot. Her graveside service will be on , 17, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. in Sunset Memorial Park with the Rev. Pat Elder officiating. Final rest will follow. Everyone be happy, I love you all, See you in Heaven. |

Obituary: Vaughan "Buddy" Stewart Jr., 83, of Charlottesville, passed away at his home on , 22, 2016. He was born on 30, 1932, to the late Kathryn Warwick Fulcher. He was the beloved husband of Ellen Hamlett Stewart for 21 years.Buddy was a lifetime member of the Seminole Trail Volunteer Fire and retired from Sperry Marine after 25 years of service. He served his country in the Navy during the Korean War.He is survived by his wife, Ellen; his daughter, Ann Marie Stewart; his son, James Edward Stewart; and his daughter-in-law, Marie Stewart. Obituary: Thomas Franklin Tom Stewart, Sr., 82, of Midlothian died 7, 2015. He is survived by his wife and best friend for 37 years, Sally Stewart; his three children: Susan Perkins and her husband Gil; Sally Ann Baumbach and her husband Major Joe Baumbach US Army; and SSgt. Thomas F. Stewart, Jr. USMC; five grandchildren: Lauren and Krissy Etz; James, Madeline, and Andrew Baumbach; two brothers: Sonny Farmer and wife Janet and family, Elizabeth City, NC; Larry Farmer and family, Edenton, NC; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Frank and Susie King, Colonial Heights. Tom was a proud Korean era Marine veteran. He graduated from Hampden-Sydney , Class of '55 and retired after a 50 year career with VDOT/VDRPT. His proudest achievement was his family. Tom was a wonderful husband and friend to his wife, great father to his children and an awesome PAPA to his grandchildren. His love for his family showed in his community involvement with the Boy Scouts, Sea Scouts, youth sports teams, school activities, or anything in which his children and grandchildren were involved. A Celebration of Life will be held , 15, at 2 pm at the Huguenot Chapel, Woody , 1020 Huguenot Road and where the family will receive friends 1 hour prior. Casual dress. Please no black. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the VCU Massey Cancer or Wounded Warriors Project. |
