Obituary: Matthew Arnold Sperber passed away 25, 2015 in San Antonio, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Sylvia Sperber. Matthew is survived by his wife, Jane Sperber; step-daughters, Leslie Claire Irwin, Sarah Jane De Toro, and Jenny Marie Welton; step-son, Sean D. Obituary: Bruno Sperber, age 75, passed away on 21, 2012 in a vehicle accident Bruno was born in Tschernobyl, Ukraine on 22, 1937, the son of Edmund and Barbara Sperber. Bruno was trained in Carpentry and Cabinet-making in Germany. He worked as a carpenter in Rochester, New York and then in the Dallas area for many years. He started a business of making custom cabinets until he retired. Even after retirement, he continued to work in his trade. Bruno is survived by his daughter, Heidi Peterson, his two granddaughters, Kristen and Brooke Peterson of Escondido California. His two brothers, Otto Sperber and his wife Lynn Sperber of Phoenix Arizona with a niece and two nephews, Leonhard Sperber and his wife Mary Sperber of California with two nieces and a nephew. Obituary: Our beloved John passed away at home on 25, 2013. John was born 28, 1957 in Chicago, Illinois and was preceded in death by his father, Frank Anthony Spenk. John is survived by his wife, Donna; his sons, Eric and Todd; his stepson, Justin and three grandchildren; his mother, Shirlie Hoover; his siblings, Karen, Frank, Sandra, and Mark; his niece, Kristin and nephews, Jake, Ryan, and Michael. John lived most of his childhood in the Chicago, IL area. He attended the Lake Park High School in Roselle, IL and graduated from Elmhurst in Elmhurst,IL with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. leaving Illinois, John made his home in the Plano, TX area for over 30 years. John had a very dedicated work ethic; one that carried him throughout his career in the property and workers compensation insurance industry. John was adored and treasured by his wife and family. John and Donna were only married for 7 short years, but during that time, they traveled extensively and obtained a lifetime of beautiful memories. He was truly the most amazing husband to Donna. She will forever be grateful for the very short time they had together. John was a remarkably humble and intelligent man who lived his life with integrity; suffered through the surgeries, chemotherapy and cancer with dignity; and made certain that all of his affairs were in order before his death. John put the needs of others ahead of his own; a quality that became very apparent during his illness. The family wishes to thank the many friends and family members who came to say goodbye to John towards the end of his life journey. It is a statement to the man and lifelong friend that John was to others; that people would travel so far, only to spend a few minutes with him, just to say goodbye. Obituary: Mr. Winston Thomas Spencer, 99, husband, father and dear friend to all, died peacefully on 30, 2017 at his home in Georgetown, Texas. He died of complications resulting from a fall and broken hip. Winston was born on 8, 1917 and grew up on a ranch in the Lemhi Valley near Salmon, Idaho with his brother Whitney and parents James and Christina. While working for the Idaho Power , he earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Idaho. completing his degree, WWII broke out and he enlisted in the US Army in 1942. He was assigned to the Pacific Theater in the Army Air Corps. He earned a Bronze Star during the Battle of Guam and commanded a radar station there. He rose to the rank of Captain before mustering out in 1946. the war he took an engineering job with Westinghouse Electric in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where he spent 36 years in the Switchgear Division. He met Wilma, the love of his life and future wife, on a streetcar in the early hours of New Years Day, 1947. During retirement he and Wilma moved to Georgetown, Texas. Winston was an avid reader and he read every Western in the Georgetown library. He said there was never a bad Western movie or book. Winston is survived by his wife of 69 years, Wilma Spencer; their daughter, Barbara Truskoski (Ben) of Austin, Texas; their son, Ronald Spencer (Kathy) of Southlake, Texas; and his grandsons, Michael Truskoski (Hannah) and Kyle Spencer. A funeral service will be held at the First Presbyterian Church of Georgetown, Texas on , 10, 2017 at 10:00am followed by burial at the Central Texas State Veterans in Killeen, Texas. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in his memory to: Running Strong for American Indian Youth at http://indianyouth.org/give/donate-NOW or Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund at http://www.fallenheroesfund.org.
