Obituary: Bill was born May 26, 1929 in Swedish Hospital, Seattle, Washington, the only child of William Hall Seidle and Hazel Carter Seidle. He grew up in Seattle and Hood Canal. He attended high school at Pennsylvania Military Preparatory School, followed by Whitman in Walla Walla, Washington and the University of Washington in Seattle. He graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Science. He was a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity. Bill joined the U. S. Army 6, 1953. He received the National Defense Service Medal and was Honorably Discharged 5, 1955. He inherited 100 acres of land in Washington which he used to raise alfalfa. He had a strong love of the land, water, and animals. He married Vivian Janice Zeman, a High School English teacher, 24, 1956 at St Joseph Catholic Church in Kennewick, Washington. He worked six years for General Electric, followed by the Atomic Energy Commission and Nuclear Regulatory Commission as a professional nuclear engineer for more than 25 years. Bill converted to Catholicism in 1972 and was strong in his faith to the end. Bill was an avid reader who loved a good mystery. He was a member of the Antique Fan Collectors Association and the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors. He loved the challenge and process of restoration and had a special touch to reathe life back into clocks and pocket watches. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Vivian Zeman Seidle of Arlington, Texas, two sons; William Carley Bill Seidle and his wife Regina of Montgomery, Texas and Robert Carter Bob Seidle and his wife Janice of Houston, Texas, one daughter, Julie Anne Seidle-Williams of Arlington, Texas and three grandchildren; Carley Jeanne Williams, Bryant Carter Seidle, and Brett Thomas Seidle. |

Obituary: Erich Seider, 92, of Hamilton passed from this life to be with his lord and savior Jesus Christ on 22, 2010. Services were held 25, 2010 in the St. John Lutheran Church at 2:00 pm with Pastor Keith Reich officiating. Burial followed in the St. Paul Lutheran in Aleman under the direction of Riley funeral of Hamilton. Mr. Seider was born 19, 1918 in Priddy, Texas to the late Mr. and Mrs. Carl A and Elizabeth Minnie Walther Seider. He married Meta Louise Sophie Feldman on 28, 1937 in the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Aleman, Texas. shared 67 years together. She preceded him in death in of 2004. Mr. Seider was a longtime member of the St. John Lutheran church in Hamilton and was a former member of the St. Paul Lutheran church in Aleman where he served as an Elder for many years. He was very active in his church where he served as School Teacher for several years. He was one of the original directors of the Hamilton Farm Bureau. He was a master farmer and worked very hard to make sure that his crops made a good yield. He received First Place in the Hamilton Soil Improvement Contest in 1955 and he was very proud of this recognition. He loved to play Checkers and Dominoes specializing in the games of 42 and 84. Mr. Seider will be truly missed by his family, friends, and all who ever had the great honor of knowing him. Survivors include: his son, Martin Buby Seider and his wife Juanita of Gustine, One Daughter, Juanita Neede Anders of Hamilton, 7 Grandchildren, Donnie Jones of McKinney, Texas, Keisha Jones of Dallas, Texas, Roy Seider and his wife Susan of Gustine, Texas, Jason Seider of Comanche, Texas, Terri Wallace and her husband Chuck of Bowie, Texas, Tammie Miller and her husband Alan of Bowie, Texas, Tracy Birkett and her husband Tom of Stamford, Connecticut. He is also survived by 14 Great-Grandchildren, and Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends Mr. Seider was preceded in death by: His wife Meta, in 2004, 2 Brothers, Alfred Seider and Edwin Seider, and 1 sister, Erna Seider Eisen. under the direction of Riley , Hamilton, TX. |
