Obituary: Mary Gower Styers, 90, of Bartlett, passed away on , 27, 2015. She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church, the UT Extension makers Club for 50 years and also the Legion of Mary. Mrs. Styers was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Styers, siblings, James Gower, Jr., Elizabeth Hudgins, Catherine Cox, Ruby Ann Dickerson, and Sonny Gower and a daughter-in-law Rose Styers. She is survived by her children, Jim Styers, Danny (Jeanette) Styers, Cathy (Fred) Freres, Nancy (Leo) Forget, Bill (Anita) Styers, and Larry Styers and his significant other Brenda McMillan, grandchildren, Catie Freres, Danielle Forget-Shield, Amy Forget, Julie (Rick) Grady, Jennifer (Jesse) Hercules, Fran Forget, Brian (Erica) Forget, Anne Freres, and James Styers, step-grandchildren, Christina Morgan and Robert Carson, great-grandchildren, Hailey Freres, Clara Grady, Alex Shield, Sydney Shield, Zoey Shield and Nicholas Forget, and two step-great-grandchildren, Morgan and Brody. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Ann Catholic Church or St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital. The family will receive friends and relatives on , 30th from 6-8pm with a rosary at 7pm in St. Joachim Chapel at St. Ann Catholic Church, 6529 Stage Rd., Bartlett. The funeral mass will be on at 10am also in the Chapel. The burial will follow mass at Calvary . |

Obituary: James Edward Styers, 71, of Bartlett, TN, passed away on 19, 2015. Jim is at peace with God now, in the woods where he wanted to be. He dearly loved and cared for his mother, Mary Frances Styers, selflessly for many years. Jim returned home at a young age to help care for his siblings after the passing of his father, Hubert Styers. He was preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Rose Styers. He leaves his siblings Danny Styers (Jeanette), Bill Styers (Anita), Larry Styers (Brenda), Cathy Freres (Fred), and Nancy Forget (Leo). He was a beloved Uncle Bodie to Catie Freres, Danielle Shield, Amy Forget, Julie Grady, Jennifer Hercules, Fran Forget, Brian Forget, Annie Freres, James Styers, Robert Carson, and Christina Morgan. Obituary: Anita Styers of Jackson, TN passed away on 6, 2015, she was 56. She was born in 1958 to parents, Robert and Billie Fife, who preceded her in death. Anita was dearly loved by her husband Bill, children Robert and Christina, grandchildren Morgan and Brody, sisters Linda and Irma, nieces Maggie and Tina, and many loyal and caring friends. Anita will be fondly remembered by family and friends as a loving mother, devoted wife, amazing grandmother, and a source of happiness for all around her. She found joy in helping others in any way she could. She had a way of lighting up a room and putting a smile on the faces of the people she encountered. Obituary: James C. Stutz, age 72, passed away in his home on 19, 2017. He was born on 8, 1945 in Tullahoma TN. James graduated from Tennessee Technological University. He was a member of the Tennessee National Guard and lived in Chattanooga, TN until moving to Kingsport Tennessee to work with Goodwill Industries as the director of retail operations. He later retired from Goodwill in 2008 and moved to Knoxville, TN He attended First Baptist Concord and was active in School. James loved boating and fishing with his wife and his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by father, Fred Stutz and mother, Catherine Stutz. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Cheryl Motes Stutz; his brother, Michael (Brenda) Stutz and children Jeff (Carla) Stutz, Christy (Brent) Boggs and Jason Stutz; 7 grandchildren, including Emily and Taylor Stutz, Maddie, Sarah and Kate Boggs, Isabella and Abigail Stutz. Graveside service will be 22, 2017 at 12 noon at Hamilton Memorial Gardens in Chattanooga Tn.
