Obituary: Justin J. Silvia, 28 of Cranston passed away 5, 2016. Born in Providence, he was the beloved son of Joseph and Cheryl (Gelfuso) Silvia. Justin graduated Cranston West in 2005. He worked for the Westin Hotel in Providence for several years. Justin enjoyed Karate, where he earned the distinction of black belt. One could not have found a better friend than Justin. He was the loving grandson of Mafalda Johnson and the late Josephine Imondi; adored nephew of Donna Marrocco and her companion Brian Silva, Lori Imondi and her companion Gary Ivone, Susanne Johnson and Robert Johnson; cousin of Adam Marrocco and Michael, Vanessa, Stephanie and Chrissy Johnson and good friend to many. He also leaves his beloved dogs, Emmit, Hammie and H2. A Celebration of Life will be held from 4 to 7:00 pm followed by a service at 7:00pm in the Romano , 627 Union Avenue, Providence. |

Obituary: Silvia, Jennie H. (Morello), age 93, passed away , 16, 2016 at Hope Hospice & Palliative of RI. She was the wife of the late Louis W. Silvia, Sr. Born in Warren a daughter of the late Ernesto and Giovannina (Scafferelli) Morello, she had been a Barrington resident for more than 40 years coming from Hayward, CA. Ms. Silvia is survived by one son, Louis W. Silvia, Jr. and his wife Lynda of Oakdale, CA; two granddaughters, Libby Jablonski and Lindsay Cruz; and three great-grandchildren, Jordan and Sierra Jablonski and Austin Cruz. She was the sister of the late Theresa Ranieri, Ann Carpenter, Helen Perry, Mary Giglio, and Salvatore, Harry, and Stephen Pannone.
