Obituary: Samuel L. Seilhamer, 71, of Dauphin, entered into eternal rest peacefully , 29, 2015 at home surrounded by his family. He was born 6, 1943 in Harrisburg; he was the son of the late Clarence and Marie (Klebon) Seilhamer; and preceded in death by his wife, Lorraine M. (Garber) Seilhamer; brother, Phillip Seilhamer; and grandson, Tyler Seilhamer. He is survived by his daughter, Christy Page, husband, John Jr., of Harrisburg; 2 sons, Samuel L. Seilhamer Jr., of Halifax and Michael Seilhamer, wife, Jamie, of Middletown; 8 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers, Ronald, John and Barry Seilhamer; and a sister, Barbara Harvey. He was a retired employee from Ingram Micro and AMP Inc. Sam has enjoyed fishing and camping in Goldsboro as a River Rat since 1984. He loved spending time with his children, grandchildren, and his dog Zoey. Sam was a great mentor and icon to his children. Celebration of Sam's life will be held at 1:00 PM , 6, 2015 at Messiah Village's Community Room, 100 Mt. Allen Dr., Mechanicsburg. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Central PA, 1320 Linglestown Rd., Harrisburg, PA 17110 or to the Central PA Blood Bank, 223 Walnut St. #2, Harrisburg, PA 17101. |
