Obituary: Fred was born in Glendale, Ca and was the only child of Carl and Helen (Zenske) Siess of Van Nuys,Ca. He was in the U. S. Army, serving in the Whitecoats Army Medical Corp at Walter Reed Army Medical , Washington, D.C., Nov. 30, l963 - 24, 1965. Fred attended Pacific Union in Angwin, Ca for two years, and was undefeated in tennis throughout his college days. He worked as a print-shop pressman at the Adventist Media Headquarters of his church in Newberry Park, Ca. He made time for his passions of tennis, golf, back packing, four wheeling and he held a membership in Billiard Congress of America. Fred loved spending time with his loving wife, daughters, and church family. Fred was a very nice person with a great sense of humor. Fred is survived by his two adopted daughters, Susan Crandell and Sandra (David) Romero; and seven grandchildren, Michael, Joshua, Angela, Dylan, Michelle, Heather and Sara. He was also blessed with two great-grandchildren, Emma and Brielynn. A Memorial Service will be held at Willamette National on , 3, 2012 at 9:30 am. by Howell-Edwards-Doerksen with Rigdon-Ransom Directors. |
