Obituary: DONNA JEAN SPEERBRECHER, 86 services will be 11:00 a.m. at St. James Episcopal Church, 7640 Glenwood Ave., Boardman for Donna Jean Speerbrecher, 86 of Boardman who died evening at St. Elizabeth , Youngstown. Donna Jean was born 7, 1929 in Youngstown, a daughter of the late John and Lillian Newton Halden and was a lifelong area resident. She graduated from South High School in 1947 and had attended Youngstown State University. She was a counselor for the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services for 10 years and then worked as a secretary for the Boardman Schools Transportation Department for 15 years. Donna Jean was a member of St. James Episcopal Church and a member of the former St. Andrews Episcopal Church where she sang in the choir. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Miriam Chapter and a member of the school employees retirement system. She enjoyed playing cards and going to the casino. She leaves her husband, Raymond Speerbrecher, whom she married 7, 1956; her son and daughter-in-law, Charles J. and Margie Speerbrecher of Cleveland and two granddaughters, Emily and Monika. Besides her parents, Donna Jean was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Beth Williams. Friends may call on (today) from 5:00-7:00 pm at Lane , Anstrom Chapel, 8387 Tod Ave., Boardman and on for one hour prior to the service at St. James Episcopal Church. The family requests material tributes take the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society, 525 N. Broad Street, Canfield, OH 44406. |

Obituary: On 14, 2015, Beulah entered the gates of heaven to be greeted by her late husband, Carl William, and daughter, Cindy Mae. Beulah was born on 18, 1920, at home on Trussit Ave. in Youngstown, Ohio to the late Carl and Maude (Swagger) Coler. She married her husband on 1, 1947, but their life together was cut short by his sudden death in 1966. She also endured the tragic death of her youngest daughter Cindy, in of 1965. She worked in housekeeping at Assumption from 1966 until she retired in 1985. Beulah was a past member for many years of First Baptist Church and she recently attended Cornersburg Baptist Church. She was a very caring mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who devoted her entire life to her family who will miss her dearly. She is preceded in death by her husband Carl; daughter, Cindy; brother, Howard Coler and her son-in-law, Raymond Guerrier. She is survived by her daughters and son-in-laws, Shirley (Mike) Costello of Youngstown; Sally (Dominick) Sainato of Cuyahoga Falls; Janet Guerrier of Austintown; and 4 grandchildren: Dru Anness of Austintown, Jim and Sean Costello of Youngstown, Joe Sainato of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and her special great-grandaughter, Caitlin. Family and friends may call from 5pm-7pm on , 16, 2015, at the Lane Family s, Austintown Chapel. Services will be held the following morning at the chapel at 11am. Beulah will be laid to rest at Belmont Park . |
