Obituary: Minister Devin Yarnell Stowes was born on 11, 1989 to Ms. Twilla Sanders and Mr. Andy Stowes, but reared by Ms. Doris Lacey. He went to be with the Lord on 25, 2014 while at UNC Hospital, Chapel Hill, N.C. Devin was a 2009 graduate of Smithfield Selma Senior High School, Smithfield, N.C. high school, he completed courses at Virginia and Wake Technical Community . Shortly after, he pursued a career as a flight attendant for American and Go Jet Airlines. He received his Spiritual training and teaching at the Church of God of Prophecy in Selma, N.C. and became an ordained Minister in 2010 under the leadership of Pastor Braxton D. Bowser, Sr. of Agape Christian , Knightdale, N.C. Devin worked and served in the NOW Generation Alliance from 2009 to 2014. During his tenure as a member of the co-ed Christian based organization he served on the National Leadership Team and General Secretary for four years. His Ministry carried him to various churches throughout the country. relocating to Dallas, TX he became a member of Full Gospel Holy Temple under the leadership of Bishop Herman Lobias Murray, Jr. Devin loved the Lord and was faithful to the call. His favorite quote was Look at God – My God.
