Obituary: Mary Van Saders , 63 of Bogota, New Jersey, passed away in her sleep at home on May 13, 2011. Mary was born on 20 1948 to the late Wanda and Walter Deptuch of Edgewater, NJ. She is preceeded by her sister Estelle Verkay. Mary is survived by her husband of 43 years James, and children, James Van Saders, Christine Van Saders and Sheila Slayton and grandson Brodie Slayton, also by her bother Walter Deptuch and seven nieces and two nephews. Mary was enjoying retirement in Bolivia, NC with her husband, where she enjoyed spending time with her grandson. She enjoyed painting, gardening and spending time with her many friends and extended family. Mary was a teacher for over 25 years with the Began Vocational Technical High School in Hackensack, NJ. A visitation will take place on , May 16, 2011 from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM at Coble Ward-Smith, Supply Chapel. A funeral mass will be held on , May 17, 2011 at 10:00 AM at Sacred heart Catholic Church in Southport, NC. In lieu of Flowers, please make donations to the Cancer Treatment s of America, The Gateway for Cancer Research, (https://www.demandcurestoday.org/donate) A memorial service will be planned for her in New Jersey at a later date. |

Obituary: STATESVILLE- Vickie Laurance Stovall Saddler, 54, went home to be with her Lord on 4, 2016. Born 26, 1961, in Iredell , NC, she was the daughter to the late Bobby McAdams and Gladys Stovall Turner. She was a caring and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was the life of the crowd and never allowed a dull moment. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by grandmother, Ruth Mangrum Stovall who raised her. Left to cherish her memory is husband, Carl Saddler; three sons, Randall "Disco" (Annikia) Stovall, Terry Stovall and DeShone Stovall; grandchildren, Dominique Black, Shimiah Oglesby, and Keilian McLelland; sisters, Natalie (Harvey) Turner, and Tracy (Robert) Mott; brothers, Victor Stovall, Jack McAdams and Chad Smith; special aunt, Margaret Campbell; special niece, Latasha Turner; special nephew, Marvin Stovall; special friend, Shelby Ann Ikard and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. A Celebration of Life service will be held , 9, 2016 at 2pm in the Westmoreland Chapel of Bunch-Johnson. Family will receive friends from 1-2 pm at the funeral home.
