Obituary: Romeo J. Soucy, 86, of Manchester, died 13, 2005, at Catholic Medical , after a period of declining health. He was born in Manchester, 24, 1918, and was a son of Louis J. and Delina (Alie) Soucy. He was a lifelong resident of this city. Mr. Soucy was a member of the Manchester Fire Department from 1952 to 1977. For many years he organized a group of professional pallbearers that provided service to Manchester area funeral homes. He was a 3rd Degree member of the Knights of Columbus Council 5260 where he served as religious activities coordinator. He was also a 4th degree member with the Bishop Bradley Assembly. He was a member of the League of 1000 Men of the Precious Blood Monastery. In addition he was a communicant of St. Marie Church and a member of the Sacred Heart League of that parish. He was predeceased by his wife Lucille (Gagnon) Soucy in 1999, and by a son, Paul R. Soucy in 2000. Family members include 4 sons, Robert H. Soucy of Hudson, Jean A. Soucy, Armand R. Soucy, both of Manchester, and Gerald R. Soucy of Allenstown; 3 daughters, Doris C. Soucy, Rita Soucy and Denise Fanny all of Manchester; 26 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated 16, 2005 at St. Marie Church, 378 Notre Dame Ave. Committal prayers followed at Mt. Calvary 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester. Obituary: Manchester - Oscar A. Soucy, 84, passed away at CMC after a period of declining health, surrounded by his family, on 30, 2013. Oscar was born in Manchester, NH, on May 27, 1929, the son of Adelard and Fabiola (LaSante) Soucy. He was a graduate of St. Maries High School in Manchester. He was employed as a grocer for many years by Champagnes and Grand Union Supermarkets, and later went on to own and operate Amory Supermarket. Later in his career, he was employed by Mr. Grocer until his retirement in 1988. Oscar will be remembered as a loving father and Pepe who always put his family first. He was a very hard worker and enjoyed golf, puzzles and games, and the Red Sox during his spare time. Family members include four sons, Richard Chip Soucy and wife Carol, of Manchester, Donald Soucy and wife Anne Higgins, of New Brunswick, Canada, Bob Soucy and wife Judy, of Manchester and Dave Soucy and wife Wendy Ryback-Soucy, of Manchester; two daughters, Denise Roberge and husband Fred, of Manchester and Judy Nault, of Manchester; 13 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; his brother, C. Arthur Soucy, of Manchester; two sisters, Lillian Carreau, of FL and Florence y, of MA; sister-in-law, Juliette Soucy, of Manchester; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Obituary: Lea Florence Soucy, 95, of Manchester, died peacefully on 29, 2007 at Hillsborough . She was born in Manchester, 23, 1912, to Alfred and Florence (Lemay) Laurendeau and was a lifelong resident. A communicant of St. Anthony Church, she was involved in various organizations including St. Anthonys Parish Club 55, and the Sodality of St. Anne. At the core of her many accomplishments was her family. She was a wonderful homemaker and seamstress. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed the pleasures of family life. She leaves three sons, Richard G. Soucy and his wife Claire of Hooksett, Ronald O. Soucy and his wife Edith of Dunbarton, and Paul M. Soucy and his wife Linda of Manchester; a daughter Janet T. Case and her husband Robert of Manchester; 13 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; three sisters, Adrienne Soucy, Jeannine Maurier, and Rachael Benoit, all of Manchester; many nieces and nephews. Obituary: Helen T. Soucy, 74, of Goffstown, died 19, 2010 at her home surrounded by family, following a long illness. She was born in Manchester, 11, 1936, and was the daughter of Roland and Irene (Gagnon) Sarette. She was a communicant of the Parish of the Transfiguration. Helen was educated locally, and went on to become one of the greatest homemakers, wife, mother and grandmother. She remained devoted to some of her childhood friends, always finding time to listen and offer advice. Her devotion to the Blessed Virgin, in particular Our Lady of Medugorje, and daily attendance at Mass, remains an inspiration to her family, and friends. She will be missed. Obituary: Francis Frank Soucy, 51, passed away, on 18, 2015 at his home, in East Bethel, Minnesota, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Manchester, NH on 3, 1964, the son of Maurice and Helen (Sarette) Soucy. Frank was raised and educated in Manchester. high school, he joined the Army and served for six years. his military service he moved to Minnesota, for the fishing, and it was there that he met his future wife, Michele. Frank married Michele on 18, 1991 in Anoka, MN. made their first home in Circle Pines, MN. It was there that Frank owned his own Dental Lab. In 2006, they moved to East Bethel, MN. He worked with the Farmers Market in Cambridge, MN for several years and was the manager for two years. Franks family was most important to him and he enjoyed the outdoors with them. He enjoyed fishing, canoeing, boating, camping, gardening and doing anything outdoors. Frank is survived by his wife Michele and two children, Jacob and Jeanette; his father Maurice; mother- and father-in-law, Kathy and Jim Wilson; siblings, Carol (Bob) Bernard, Linda (Ron) Bernier, Debra (Hank) Smith, Robert (Leona) Soucy, Diane (James) Frost, Richard Soucy, and Mary Ann (Richard) Chapman; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
