Obituary: Robert " Bob" Stark, 64, of El Dorado passed away , 1, 2017. Bob was born 21, 1953 to William Alvin Stark and Sue Reese Stark. He was an El Dorado High School graduate and worked as a Heavy Equipment operator for many years. He is preceded in death by his father William A. Stark. Surviving him are his Mother Sue R. Stark of Garfield, Arkansas; his daughters Amber Nicole Leveritt (Michael) and Heather Marie Stark both of El Dorado. He will be greatly missed by his grandsons Dakota Williams and Jesse O'dell. Also surviving him are his brother William Alvin Stark Jr. (Charlotte) of Marietta, Georgia and his sister Judy Bell (Bill) of Garfield, Arkansas. A graveside service will be held at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens on 11 at 2:00 P.M with Bro. Keith Nutt officiating. Obituary: Nicky Lee Stark, age 74 of Rose Bud, Arkansas, passed away 11, 2015. He was born on 13, 1941 in Morganton, Arkansas and raised in Heber Springs. He is proceeded in death by his wife of 45 years, Patricia Ann Stark; his parents George Truett and Avis Alice Van Nada Stark; and two brothers, Dean Stark and Kent Stark. Nick is survived by two brothers Terry Stark and wife Sterline of Rose Bud; and Scott Stark and wife Kathy of Greers Ferry. Two daughters; Tammy Bomar, and husband Roger of Rose Bud; Kim Floyd, and husband Ricky of Searcy. He was known as Grandaddy to five grandchildren Nikki (Tipton) Calhoun of Rose Bud; Dallas Tipton of Beebe; Audra (Floyd) Wray, and husband Kyle of Searcy; Austin Floyd, and wife Tessa of Searcy; and Abby Floyd of Searcy. He also had 2 great-granddaughters, Aubree and Adria; and two great-grandsons, Krews and Kole. He lived the idealistic small town American life. He married his high school sweetheart, had a family he adored, and enjoyed life on his family farm. Nick and his wife Patricia owned Stark Building Supply and Fertilizer in Rose Bud for 35 years. were an integral part of the community, always opening the store after hours if you needed something and donating supplies. He was a town staple, as he frequented the coffee shop, where everyone knew who he was and brought him his order, without even having to ask. He was known for his wit and always stayed up on political and current events to discuss with everyone. Nick will be missed by family, friends, and the entire community of Rose Bud. Visitation will be held 14, 2015 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Powell in Searcy. services will be 15, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Rose Bud United Methodist Church with interment following immediately at Rose Bud . Obituary: Joseph Joe Stark, 88, of El Dorado, AR; passed away on , 1, 2015 at Oak Ridge in El Dorado. He was born 16, 1926 in Lakeland, FL to Xavier Stark and Zora Alderman Stark. Before retiring, Joe worked for 38 years as a Quality Control Inspector for the Air Force in Oklahoma City and with Bell Helicopter in Ft. Worth, TX. He was raised by St. Joseph's Orphanage in Bethany, OK, and served in the Navy during WWII on the LST 1007 in the Pacific. Joe was a member of Martin Mill Baptist Church in Texas. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys and Oklahoma Sooners fan and he loved woodworking, politics and FOX News. Preceding him in death are his parents and a brother Frank Stark. Survivors include his loving wife of 66 years , Wilma Herriman Stark; daughters, Kathy Beasley (Tom) of El Dorado, Betty Berry (Stuart) of Atlanta, GA and Beverly Stark of Hurst, TX; a son, Michael Stark of Newburg, MO; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Eubank in Canton, TX on , 10, 2015 an hour prior to services at 10 AM with Rev. Matt Parker officiating. Interment will follow in the Haven of Memories Memorial Park. Local arrangements are through Youngs Directors. An online registry is available at www.eubankfh.com. |
