Obituary: Kim Brian Strandberg, 58, of Orlando, Florida, passed away 27th, 2014. Born in stead, Florida, to Donald & Betty (Hall) Strandberg on 28th, 1956, Kim was known as quiet and strong. He worked for Disney in theme park management for a number of years, and late was commissioned to help begin another theme park in Jakarta. Kim was a part of The Summit Church - the Herndon campus. He enjoyed building model airplanes like his father, fishing and motorcycling. Kim is survived by his two sons, Michael and Brian, his parents, brother, Michael L. Strandberg and his granddaughter, Haley. Obituary: Charles L. Strandberg Jr., 77, of Palm City, Florida passed away on 11, 2017 At Martin Memorial Medical in Stuart. Born in Tampa, Florida, Mr. Strandberg had been a resident of Palm City since 1966. He was a technical maintenance supervisor for citrus equipment and was a member of LifeQuest Church. Mr. Strandberg loved to hunt and fish, and until just recently held the record for the largest SeaTrout caught in Stuart. He was a veteran of the United States Navy where he was a Navy diver and engineer. Mr. Strandberg is survived by his wife of 54 years, Dolores Strandberg of Palm City, FL; sister in law, Ginger; nephews: Greg, Shawn and Kevin Strandberg; nine great nieces and nephews, and several cousins. Obituary: Grace Elaine (Young) Strand, born on Thanksgiving Day 25, 1926 in Warren, Pennsylvania, passed away in Lakeland, Florida on 29, 2016 surrounded by her loving family including her devoted husband of 67 years Richard A. Strand formerly of Ridgway, Pennsylvania and Trumbull, Connecticut. Grace, the daughter of the late George and Ivah Young always held family and friends; faith and church; music and singing closest to her heart. She graduated from Warren High School in 1944 and attended Edinboro State Teachers . taking care of her beloved family and friends, she was always one to volunteer unselfishly in an effort to make life simpler for others. Grace worked as a librarian and bank teller and served as choir director and treasurer for Long Hill United Methodist Church in Trumbull, CT. She was an amazing seamstress and also mastered knitting, calligraphy and other hand crafts. She leaves behind her daughter Kathy Pancoast and her husband Richard of Stratford, Connecticut, daughter Vickie Duprey and her husband James of Oro Valley, Arizona, and son Gary and his wife Donna of Derwood, Maryland. Grama will be missed by her six grandchildren, Ryan & wife Shelly, Sara, Bob & wife Leanna, Alyssa, Jessica and Robert and one great grandchild, Noah. She was predeceased by her parents and her sisters, Meredith and Gladys. A memorial service will be held in Ridgway, Pennsylvania in late spring.
