Obituary: ArrangemVeronica E. Di Stanisloa Age: 93 Date of Death: 2, 2016 Place of Death: Consulate , 4101 Southpoint Dr E, Jacksonville, Florida Veronica Vera was born and raised in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. She worked at a young age, doing what was necessary to assist with income for the Davis Family. From working in production during the war years to modeling ladies apparel, Vera understood that passion and determination were attributes which drove one to sustainability. Ms. Vera also owned The Levittown Modeling School in the late 1950s. This school supported the dreams of many. Her natural talents in singing, dance and comedy entertained those who appreciated music, stage and screen. Her commitment to farming and animal welfare also served as an example of respect for all living things and people, coming together for a common purpose once called community. Her love for all living things served as the heartbeat for NaVera Farms and Farm Life Foundation located in Callahan Florida. Vera is survived by her son Billy and sister Elizabeth Nappi. Vera was one of six children in the Davis residence located in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. Her departed siblings are named George, Eddie, David, and Margarete. Elizabeth is the only surviving sibling and still resides in Pennsylvania. Special gratitude is extended to Consulate of Jacksonville, St. Vincents Hospital, the NE Florida Community Hospice and Hardage Giddens s. The care and compassion provided by the care givers and administrators of each organization defines the terms: Support and Humanity. A Memorial Service will be arranged and announced to family members and friends appropriately. In honoring Veras wishes, Billy her son suggests a card or donation to the Farm Life Foundation. Respectfully, the organization will continue the mission and her wishes; to protect the animals she loved so dearly.
