Obituary: Billie G. Ruppe passed away on , 8, 2011 after a valiant battle with cancer. Billie was born in Talco, TX on 5, 1930 to Murtis Thomas and Bernard Gieger. She met Joseph Bosch Ruppe in 1954 in Midland, TX. were married in 1955 and had four children. Billie was an active member of St. Stephens Catholic Church. Her strong faith sustained her throughout her life. She was very proud, of her career as a registered nurse. She graduated from Sisters of St. Josephs School of in Ponca City, OK. In 1951 she began working at Midland Memorial Hospital. Billie was past President of The Womens Hospital Auxiliary. She was a volunteer for the American Red Cross, a member of the advisory board for the LVN School of at Midland , Co-founder and CEO of We Agency and past board member of The Allison Bridge . In 1981 she traveled to Saudi Arabia to open new hospitals as the head of nursing. Billie was preceded in death by her daughter Veronica Steele, her son Patrick Joseph Ruppe, her sister Odeatha Anderson and grandson James Albert Robinson. She is survived by her daughters Coletta Ruppe Ivy and husband Grady of Dubuque, IA and Katchen Ruppe Benak and husband Mark of Kerrville, TX, grandchildren Katie Ruppe and Clint Ivy, two brother- in-laws James Ruppe and Philip Ruppe, one sister, Chokeetah Tully, two great grandchildren, two nieces and one nephew. Obituary: Quintin Rupp passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on 21, 2017. He was born 18, 1961 in Garden City Kansas to Paul and Abbie Rupp. Quintin graduated from Garden City Sr. High and then attended Hutchinson Community to study music. He served four years in the US Army as a Fire Support Specialist stationed in Germany. He is preceded in death by his parents, son Matthew Rupp, granddaughter Brenna Hinkle. Survivors include his wife, Monica Rupp of Cedar Park, TX, brothers, Ron Rupp (Melanie) of Daytona Beach Shores, Florida, Dan Rupp (Mayo) of Chino Hills, California, daughter, Lacy Van Buren (Billy) of McKinney, Texas, stepsons CD Hinkle of Cedar Park, Texas, Channing Hinkle (Shawna) of Clearwater, Kansas, and grandchildren, Alyssa Van Buren, Leah Van Buren, Haley Van Buren, Chandra Hinkle, Nathaniel Hinkle, and Ian Hinkle. Quintin, was the owner and operator of Anderson Mill Inspection and was beloved by many of those he served in the community. He was well known in the community for his classic car restorations. Many were drawn to him by his sense of humor and kindness. He was a strong believer in paying it forward. Quintin adored his role as grandfather and had a special unique connection to each child. Quintin was a talented musician and excelled at playing drums and songwriting. He will be missed by many. His family strongly believes he contributed to keeping Austin weird. Obituary: Mom was born 4th 1932 to Dr. And Mrs. Archie Humphrey in Detroit, Michigan. Having been born on the 4th of with red hair she thought that the fireworks were for her. She was their only daughter with an older and younger brother. She grew up in Marshall Michigan and graduated from a boarding High School in Chicago. She went on to Albion in Albion Michigan where she graduated with a teaching degree. She loved history and spent much of her time exploring that love. She married Jim Rupp on 12, 1954 in Marshall Michigan. She had 2 daughters and 1 son. (Cyndi, Dave and Carolyn). Her child-rearing years were spent in the Midland Michigan area. She and dad moved to Texas in 1979. lived in Houston, Temple, San Antonio, Austin, and The Woodlands. She is survived by her eldest daughter and son-in-law, Cyndi and Larry Alexander, son and daughter-in-law, Dave and Theresa Rupp, and youngest daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and Rudi Jaehn. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and their spouses, Nathan and Christy Williams, Ben and Jane Rupp, Sara Alexander, Adam and Courtney Rupp, Katie and Justin Abshire, and Andrew and Ashley Rupp. She went to live with our Lord and Savior Jesus at 3:20 AM on 4th. She passed away on her 1/2 year birthday with the majority of her family around her. Mom loved her Savior and told anyone that would listen about her faith in Christ. She is with him now and lives forever. She is now perfected in him.
