Obituary: Carlos Reta-Perez was born on 11, 1982 in Piedras Negras, Mexico to Juan Reta and Maria Perez. He went to be with his Lord on 22, 2016 in Terrell, Texas.

Carlos attended Rafael Castro Flores Elementary School and Tecnica 5 Middle School to receive his education. He was always a hard worker, being employed at Madix for eight years and Nucor for two years before opening his own Auto Sales business in Terrell, Texas called Reta Auto Sales.

With a passion of painting automobiles, Reta Auto Sales was like a second home to him. He loved to work, but he loved to be home with his family, especially his girls, most of all. When he was a boy, basketball and soccer was his passion, but his true dream was to open his own business to paint and work with cars.

Carlos’ family describes him as a very great son, brother, husband and father. He loved to spend time with his family, taking them to Mexico and San Antonio to spend time with other family members. His true passion was painting cars, but he enjoyed having fun with his wife Jessica and his girls. He loved seeing his family happy and ensuring that no matter what they did together that everyone was always having fun. He was a man of humor, too, joking constantly with his wife and sisters. His girls love him very much and will miss him dearly.

Carlos is preceded in death by his father Juan Arcadio Reta. He is survived by his wife Jessica Reta; his daughters Pricilla Marie Reta and Jennifer Reta; his mother Maria Elena Perez; his sisters Lorena Reta and Claudia Reta; and his brothers Juan Reta, Ivan Reta, and Oscar Reta.

A Celebration of Life will take place on , 28, 2016 from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Gonzalez in Mesquite, Texas, located at 1111 Military Parkway Mesquite, Texas 75149.
