Obituary: In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to a charity of your choice in Mr. Reifle's Memory. Robert Lynn Reifle, known as Bob to his friends and loved ones, was born on 18, 1927 in the town of Stanley, located in Pushmataha , Oklahoma. He was the son of Carl and Francis REIFLE. The REIFLEs had a store at “Five-mile (Jackson) Corner” in Seminole , Oklahoma, where he met his future wife, Ruth Marie Craig. The Craigs would bring their young daughter, Marie, to visit relatives at Lillie (MYERS) JACKSON’s farm. would then stop in the store five miles from both Wewoka and Holdenville. Bob and Marie would wander off to amuse themselves while the adults visited. Bob graduated Holdenville high school 1944, he was drafted into the army in May 1945. Before he left for service, he traveled to Oklahoma City to ask Earl Craig for his daughter’s hand in marriage. He served overseas in Japan as an army paratrooper, driving a truck for the army and was honorably discharged in of 1946. He returned to Oklahoma to marry Marie on 16, 1947 in Oklahoma City. During their early years of marriage, Bob trained as an electronics technician and worked for the Department of Defense and eventually for the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration.) Their first child, Sheila Ruth was born in Oklahoma City in 1948. Their second, Sherry Lynn, was born in Louisville, Kentucky in 1949 where Bob was training briefly. Bob and Marie’s third child, Carl Craig, was born in 1955 in Oklahoma City. In 1957, Bob was transferred to El Paso, Texas where twins Jan May and Jill Frances were born in 1959. The next year the family moved to Waco (Bellmead), Texas where they lived for six years. The family has fond memories of Bob coming home at midnight after a long day at work and unwinding while in the garage talking on his radio. He was a ham operator for several years and would spend hours talking and listening to people from all over the world. In 1966, the family moved to Hurst, Texas, northeast of Fort Worth where Bob continued to work for the FAA until he retired in 1983. He loved boating, fishing, watching sports on TV and, of course, playing with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by R. Marie Reifle, Piper Angel Bertram, and Pazlyn Anne Bertram. He was survived by daughters and son, Sheila R. Krause Reifle and spouse, Gary Krause, Sherry L. Sexton Johnson, C. Craig Reifle, Jan M. Gardner and spouse Mike Gardner, and Jill R. Good. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, Eric, Eileen, Jacob, Jared, Logan, Wayne, Robert, Kendra; 11 great-grandchildren and extended family members. |

Obituary: James Marion Reiffert, Jr. was born 30, 1944 in Cuero, TX to James Marion Jimmie Reiffert, Sr. and Kathryn Louise Casal and passed away suddenly , 13, 2006. James was a member of Holy Trinity Presbyterian Church. He graduated from Cuero High School and became a very proud Bobcat at S.W.T.S.U. now Texas State University. He served in the U.S.A.F. attaining the rank of SSgt. In 1978, they moved to San Antonio and worked for San Antonio Savings Association until it closed. During his lifetime he owned Reiffert Photography and ManHelp of San Antonio. He is preceded in death by parents, James and Kathryn Reiffert, Sr., uncles and aunts, Walter and Dorothy Reiffert, Ralph and Eunice Reiffert and Carlton Stubbs. James is survived by his wife, Evelyn Joyce Hopkins Reiffert; daughter, Kathryn Lea Reiffert; son, Robert James Reiffert, all of San Antonio; sister and brother-in-law, Ann and Eddie Fenner of Kingwood, TX; aunt, Dorothy Jean Stubbs of Cuero, TX and extended family and friends. Obituary: Nanny Margit Reifer, 96 ½ years young, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on 9, 2016. Her parents, the late Helen and Lajos Biro, had a wonderful life with their only daughter in Budapest, Hungary until the atrocities of the Nazi occupation of Hungary. Nanny was a fighter, she overcame the hardships of the Holocaust, the heartaches of being widowed at 24 years of age, the struggles of immigrating with her mother to Palestine, and the remarriage and starting a new life with Efraim and her twin sons. Then to give their sons the opportunity to live the American dream, Efraim and Margit left their beloved Tel Aviv for a new beginning in Dallas. Nannys desire to live was never more evidenced than by her heroic 10 year struggle with Alzheimers. She woke up daily with a smile and unconditional love for her family. She was survived by her devoted sons, Eli and Sol; adoring daughters-in-law, Cheryl and Toba; 4 grandchildren, Chad, Ashley, Alana, and Alec, who made her very proud; and 3 of the cutest great-grandchildren, Lane, Audrey, and Abigail. Nanny was our pillar of strength and our familys matriarch. Small in stature but with a heart made of gold; she was affectionately called my little nugget y her granddaughter, Alana. She was loved by all who met her and had a special bond with Temple Shalom. Special acknowledgment goes to Nannys loving and devoted caregivers, Beatrice Pena and Elizabeth Vargas, who gave her unconditional love during her last years.
