Obituary: This is indeed a sad day for all of us, yet there is hope that we will meet again. So as we mourn the passing of this person, let us celebrate his life. Uribe Vicente Robinson Jr. was born on 31, 1947 to the late Uribe Vicente Robinson and Carmen Brown de Robinson in the Republic of Panama. He was the third of five children and the first boy. Papito as he was affectionately called by friends and family was a master of many trades. He was educated in Panama and learned several occupations; carpentry, painting and furniture upholstery were just to name a few. While in Panama Uribe met, and married Miss Joyce Ross Prescott on 5th 1972, their union produced one son Uribe Vicente Robinson III however, sadly the couple divorced. Papito later migrated to the United States in of 1976. Upon his arrival Papito quickly secured employment at Luckys Restaurant through the help of his Uncle. This start was truly Lucky indeed as it lead to the beginning of his life long career in culinary. Papito continued to work at various restaurants through out Brooklyn and became know as the Master Chef Mon. Among some of the things that he loved were partying, watching movies on television and cooking; you could always find Papito in the kitchen. On , 12th 2011 our beloved PAPITO entered into eternal rest after suffering a massive heart attack. Left to mourn his loss is his son Uribe Vicente Robinson III. Siblings Sonia Maria Buchanan and Marciana Smith, USA. Vilma Ordunes Davis, PMA and Ruben Robinson Changuinola. Aunts Pearl Cowie USA, Inez Quinn PMA, In-laws Ricardo Buchanan PMA, Ernesto Smith, Nieces Damaris Smith-Warner, Tatiana Smith, Jovana Davis, Jamia Davis, Nephews Ricardo Buchanan III, Ernesto Smith Jr. USA. Cousins Julio, Guillermo, Armando, Harry, Jaime, Javier Quinn, Jorge Thomas, Yolanda Lloyd, Loida Arias, Melissa Jackson, Andrea Ortiz, Jeorgina Ortiz-Wunder and other family members and many friends too numerous to mention.
