Obituary: Anyone can be a Father. But it takes a special man to be a Dad.Milton Louie Robinson age 65 passed away , 28, 2017 at the Caromont Regional Medical . Not only was Milton a great dad, he was a wonderful husband and grandfather. Milton loved outdoors events; fishing, the lake and golfing. He was a very spontaneous man who was ready to go on a moments notice. Playing string instruments was a passion of his, especially the guitar and banjo. Milton was a huge sports fan, UNC, Miami Dolphins and boxing. Milton served his Country Honorably and was highly decorated for his service in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era. Milton is going to be greatly missed by his family and friends. Left behind to cherish Miltons memories and carry on his legacy are wife of 49 years Jennifer Probert Robinson of Stanley, North Carolina; daughter: Melissa Lynn Robinson of Bessemer City, North Carolina; two sons: Kenneth Kenny Louie Robinson of Stanley, North Carolina and Floyd Casey of Bessemer City, North Carolina; sister: Anna Jean Luhin of West Palm Beach, Florida; two brothers: Edmond Robinson of Tampa, Florida and Mike Robinson of Largo, Florida; three grandchildren: Savanna, Ethan and Landen; two sisters in law: Janice Tupper of West Palm Beach, Florida and Janine y and husband Peter Pazos, Sr of West Palm Beach, Florida; four nephews: Jeremy Tupper, Brian y, Anthony Pazos and Peter Pazos, Jr. Milton was the son of the late John Louie Robinson and Amanda Lambert Robinson. A Life Well Celebrated Ceremony and committal service will be held at 10:00 AM, , 4, 2017 at the Veterans Affairs at 962 Old US Highway 70W, Black Mountain, North Carolina 28711 with Reverend Robert Baker delivering words of comfort to Miltons family and friends. Obituary: Michael Alan Robinson, age 62, passed away on 13, 2016 at his home surrounded by his devoted family. He was born 14, 1953 in Rock Hill, SC, the son of Doris Jordan Robinson of Rock Hill, SC and the late Carl Brandon Robinson. Mr. Robinson was a graduate of Rock Hill High School where his interest in music began. He enjoyed playing in a band The Salems with fellow classmates who have reconnected in the last several years, playing for their high school reunions. He also had a love and talent for playing bluegrass music and enjoyed camping, swimming, and photography. Mike worked in the manufacturing industry, real estate, and most recently as a lifeguard. He had incredible work ethic, always paying attention to detail, with each final outcome being a product of his best effort. He will be remembered as a kind, gentle and loyal man of God and will be deeply missed by family and friends. Mr. Robinson is survived by his wife of 44 years, Janet Wallace Robinson of Mint Hill, NC; daughters Carly Robinson, Shelly Degnan and her husband Jesse, all of Charlotte, NC; mother, Doris Jordan Robinson; brother Stanley Robinson and his wife, Marcia all of Rock Hill, SC. Service will be held at three oclock in the afternoon on , the 16th of , 2016 at Providence Presbyterian Church, 10140 Providence Church Lane, Charlotte, NC 28277 with visitation held one hour prior to the service. Interment to follow in the church cemetery. Memorials may be made to Providence Presbyterian Church Deacons Fund or charity of choice. Condolences may be offered at www.mcewenminthillchapel.com. |
