Obituary: Jeffrey Michael Roach, 25, of Raleigh, NC died , 22, 2016. He was born 19, 1990 in Raleigh, NC son of Scott and Sue Roach. Jeff graduated from Magellan Charter School and Leesville High School. He attended Wake Tech. Jeff was always spreading love and happiness with his genuine smile, contagious laugh, and free spirit. He will always be remembered for the lasting positive impact he left on those who were lucky enough to know him. Jeff, you will never be forgotten, as your love lives on in each of us. Jeff is survived by his parents, Scott and Sue Roach of Raleigh; brother, Greg Roach (fiancée, Ellie Lomasney) of Madison, WI; grandfathers, Samuel Prince of Raleigh, and Albert Roach of New Bern; uncles, Dennis Roach (Sarah Joyce) of Durham, and Allen Prince of Raleigh; aunt, Patricia Mills (Dan) of New Bern; and numerous cousins. Jeff is also survived by his dog, Fly. The family will receive friends and guests at a memorial gathering on , 27, 2016 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Covenant Church, 12621 Strickland Rd., Raleigh. A private cremation was previously held. In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the SPCA of Wake or a charity of ones choice. |

Obituary: Jean Irving Roach, 85, passed away on , 27, 2015. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm, , 29, 2015, at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel, Greensboro NC. The family will receive friends from 11-12:00 p.m. Jean was born 7, 1929 in Guilford to the late E. J. Irving and Annie Irving. She was a graduate of Greensboro High School. She was an executive secretary for Brooks, Pierce, McLendon, LLP for 12 years and retired in 1987. She was a member of Rolling Roads Baptist Church in Greensboro. Some of her enjoyment in life was taking trips to the beach, traveling, teaching school, church activities including singing in the choir. She has always had a strong faith in God and had been a prayer warrior for so many. She loved spending time with friends and family. She was loved by all and will be greatly missed. In addition to her parents she's preceded in death by her sister Doris Cox and grandson Michael David Barker. She is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, Bobby A. Roach; sister, Anne Davis; children, David Thomas Nichols and wife Andrea Nichols, Anne Marie Cummings and husband Edward Cummings; step-daughters Patricia Parrish and husband Ray Parrish, Robin Pearson and husband Marc Pearson; grandchildren, Michael David Barker and wife Crystal Barker, Virginia Grace Holmes and husband Nathan Holmes, Keri Anderson and husband Noah Anderson, Katherine Lynn Cummings, Rachel Johnson, Lauren Johnson, Kelsey Johnson, Brad Parrish, Christina Parrish, Josh Parrish and wife Sara Parrish; and numerous great-grandchildren. Obituary: Mrs. Imogene Morton Roach 73 of China Grove passed away on , 15, 2016 at Novant Rowan Medical . Born on 27, 1942 in Wadesboro, she was the daughter of the late Willie Blair and Mary Threadgill Morton. A graduate of China Grove High School ,she was a faithful member of South China Grove Church of God where she enjoyed teaching her School Class, working the children's ministry and a frequent volunteer of the missions house. She enjoyed going to the beach and family get togethers. Mrs. Roach particularly enjoyed doing her crocheting. She worked for China Grove Cotton Mills and later for Harmony Labs. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her sister Alice Holder in of 2015. Those left to cherish her memory is her husband Paul Roach, daughter Tina Keller (Darrell) of Rockwell, son Trent Shoaf (Cathy) of Salisbury, daughter Jody Lockwood (Tim) of Lexington, son Dino Shoaf (Cindy) of Salisbury, Timmy Roach of Rockwell and Jamie Roach of Salisbury. Also surviving her are her brothers James Buddy Morton of Kannapolis and Willie Blair Morton Jr. of Salisbury, sisters, Helen Fortner, Eunice Burris and Patricia Dellinger all of Salisbury. Also surviving her are her 8 grandchildren; Lisa Kenney, Stacy Foster, Christopher McDonald, Brent Shoaf, Holly Lockwood, Lindsey Shoaf, Desiree Roach and Curtis Roach and 7 great grandchildren.
