Obituary: Mary Renje went home to be with the Lord, rejoining her husband Frank, after passing away peacefully at the age of 88 on 17, 2017. She is survived by her two sons William and Robert, three daughters Nancy, Barbara and Betsy, 13 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Known as the matriarch, she was a rock of stability and provided that example to her family who she loved and adored. She was sensitive, kind and generous - the best kind of mother. She taught by example and loved with her whole heart. Despite having adult grandchildren spread out in multiple states, she prided herself in knowing what each one was doing, as well as keeping tabs on her great grandchildren. She felt their victories, struggles and successes. Mary not only loved her children, her grandchildren and great grandchildren, she loved children who were not her own. She was very good-natured, even-tempered and forgiving to a fault. She had a wonderful sense of humor and was very much in touch with her inner child, loved to share her fondness of John Wayne with everyone around her, and encouraged eating sweets. The last thing she would tell you is to drive safe or to be safe. She felt badly if she thought she being a burden, which she NEVER was, and most importantly she'll be missed by all those that knew her. Obituary: Opal C. Renick, 93, died on 10, 2015 in Pearland, Texas. She was born in Victor, West Virginia. She was a resident of Brevard , Florida from 1955 to 2012, she then moved to Pearland, Texas. Opal loved to knit and croche. She shared her hobby with family and close friends and many have afghans to remember her by. She also loved to read, especially Christian books. Opal was preceded in death by her husband Alden. She is survived by her sons Robert and his wife Diana of Merritt Island and Thomas and his wife Tracy of Pearland, Texas; grandchildren Sarah, Christopher, Jamie and Willie and his wife Rene. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren Jaden, Jonah, Payton and Will, IV. A visitation will be held from 5-7pm 13, 2015 with services at 10am , 14, 2015 at the Life Event at Florida Memorial Gardens. |
