Obituary: Lt. Col Ben C. Rebman, Jr. passed away on , 15, 2015, at home surrounded by his loving family. Ben was born in McAlester, Oklahoma, on 9, 1930, to Nan Laura and Benjamin Rebman. He served as an aviator for the majority of his twenty-three years in the U.S. Army, flying both fixed-wing and helicopters. Ben was an active member of Lake Shore United Methodist, the Army Otter-Caribou Association, Gateway Rifle & Pistol Club, the National Rifle Association, and the German American Club. Ben is survived by Ann, his wife of sixty-two years, his children Lisa Fisher (Barry), Dan (Tess), Kelly Robertson (Scott), and Clancy (Lisa), and his eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son Scott. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Community Hospice. The viewing will be held at Hardage-Giddens on Blanding Blvd , 18, from 5:00 - 7:00PM, followed by a funeral service on , 19, at 11:00AM at Lake Shore United Methodist. The burial will be at Jacksonville Memory Gardens with military honors. |

Obituary: Mrs. Anna Rebman passed away , 23, 2015, at home in the presence of her children. She was born in Akron, Ohio, on 1, 1931 to Peter and Gertrude Weil. Ann met the love of her life Army Lt. Ben C. Rebman, Jr. in 1952 and the two exchanged letters throughout Bens deployment to Korea. The two were married in 1953 immediately following his repatriation and spent sixty-two loving years together. Ann was an organized and dedicated Army wife and mother to five children. She is survived by her children Lisa Fisher (Barry), Dan (Tess), Kelly Robertson (Scott), and Clancy (Lisa), and her eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Ann was an active member of Lake Shore United Methodist, Lake Shores Young at Heart chorale group, United Methodist Women, and the German American Club. She was a Charter Founder of the American Family Immigration History and The Peopling of America at Ellis Island Immigration Museum, New York. Ann was preceded in death by her husband Ben and son, Scott. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Northeast Florida Community Hospice or Lakeshore United Methodist Church. Obituary: William Lynn Rebhun, age 82, passed away on 20, 2015. He was born in Natrona Heights, PA on 10, 1933 to the late Frederick Eslip Rebhun and Mary Thelma Cowan Rebhun. William graduated from Har-Brack High School. William was a Designer Draftsman. He liked to work with wood and built various things on his house and property. He was very much loved by his wife and three daughters. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Betty Burtner Rebhun of Niceville, FL; daughters, RaeAnn Cline and husband, Alvin of Welch, WV; Jennifer Kearns and husband, Mike of Sigel, PA and Karen Maldonado of Niceville, FL; grandchildren, Desiree Nowlin and husband, Drew of Princeton, WV; Cameron Cline of Welch, WV and Daniel Maldonado of Niceville, FL; great-grandchildren, Audrianna and Robert Nowlin of Princeton, WV; sister in law, Joyce Rebhun of Austinburg, OH; brothers, John Rebhun and wife, Carol of Saxonburg, PA and Robert Rebhun of Sarasota, FL. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Frederick Charles Rebhun. There will be no services.
