Obituary: Joyce Killough Pringle was born on 14, 1936 in Hubbard, Texas to Paul Haran Killough and Carrie Lee Loveless. The second of six children, she grew up on the family homestead farm in Hill , raised in a faith centered home with a strong appreciation of hard work and spirit of perseverance. Salutatorian graduate of Hubbard High School, Class of 55, she was also crowned football sweetheart. She began college at North Texas State University in Denton, and put her educational goals on hold to marry and raise her sons. In the 1970s, when her children were older, she earned a Bachelor Degree in Business at East Texas State University. Joyce worked at Rogers Exploration for years and then at JC Penney corporate headquarters in Merchandise Operations. Joyce was a savvy shopper with an eye for color and her style was always on trend. She enjoyed working in New York and often invited family to enjoy Broadway shows and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. In 2002, Joyce was introduced to Gene by a long term mutual friend. married in Plano, Texas in 2003 and traveled the world together with Italy as a favorite destination. enjoyed being in one anothers company and were always hand in hand. Gene will miss his loving wife and friend dearly. Joyce was a member of Custer Road United Methodist Church, Covenant School class, Petroleum Women, and enjoyed lunch dates with her fitness center friends. Like her dad, she had a passion for sharing family stories. Most of all, she loved and was beloved by her family. This was our Joyce. On , 5, 2014, Joyce Pringle was called home. She was greeted in heaven by her father, Paul Killough. Her life will continue to be remembered and celebrated by her mother Carrie Lee Killough of Hillsboro; husband Gene Pringle of Dallas; their children: David Sullins, Gerald Sullins & Jamie, Curtis Pringle & Yolanda, Stephen Pringle & Nicole, and Melanie Krenek & Jim; her siblings and their spouses: Carrol Killough & Sybil, Donald Killough, Glynn Killough & Jeanie, Dwain Killough & Sarah, and Janice Trompler & Charles; grandchildren: Ryan, Amanda, Caroline, Christopher, Amanda, John, Allison, Jack, Lisa, Tabitha, Camden & Braeden; one great-grandson, Aaron; and many nieces, nephews and relatives. Ted Dickey West will receive flowers on behalf of the family, and any Memorial Gifts can be made to the Childrens Advocacy of Collin . The Visitation is being held at Ted Dickey Plano West on , 9, from 6-8 pm. On , the Memorial Service will be at 2pm at Custer Road United Methodist Church in Plano. |

Obituary: Eugene Pringle, 85, of Lubbock, passed away 31, 2014 after a short illness. Visitation will be held , 4, 2014, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Resthaven . services will be held , 5, 2014 at Kings Ridge Church of Christ at 10 a.m. with Dee Bowman officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Eugene was born in Ft. Worth, TX on 31, 1928. He married Mona Weaver on 2, 1950 and they were happily married for 63 years. He lived in Ft. Wort, TX until 1959 when he moved his family to Lubbock. He worked for Renfrow Hard Chrome Plating Co. and retired after 38 years. He was a lifelong member of the Church of Christ. He served as an Elder for 33 years at 62nd and Indiana Church of Christ and Kings Ridge Church of Christ. He is survived by his wife, Mona; 5 children, Richard and Virginia Pringle, Teresa Hare, Kevin and Misty Pringle, Rhonda and David Slusher and Kayla and Paul Gibson. He was blessed with 17 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 2 nephews and 2 nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Dorothy Jones.
